    I purchased a 2020 malibu certified pre owned from cma chevrolet a year ago(July 4,2022) . Where the sales General Manager ******************* told me they CANT sell cars that have been in an accident at that dealership. Not even 30 days in the issues began.My door lock kept malfunctioning. Which had to be fixed three times. I found out during that process that some work had been done to the inside of my driver door. My driver door is very hollow and flexible( vibrates alot). Not soon after this issue water began leaking inside my driver window in a car wash. Also as I washed my car all the touch up paint they had on the car started to come off and show alot of cover **** I also had to replace my gear selector and if I didn't have someone with me who knew cars, they were about to over charge me $200 in labor until he spoke up and questioned the cost? Everytime i brought it to there attention they just continued to deny . It wasn't until they called me in to get a appraisal that things got confirmed. I went in where there employee D' an told me the car was in great condition to my face then rated my car as fair. This raised a red flag to me so i took it to another dealership to get a appraisal. They told me there is touch up paint all along the left side of my car and also that my bumper is not original. I knew for sure 100 % my car was in a wreck. This completely affects the value of my car, and is also Auto fraud. When I brought it to *****'s attention. He said they only go by the carfax. So they buy these cars from the auction and don't do a inspection before selling to their consumers. I find that unbelievable and suspicious. On our last call 8/1/2023 ***** just kept mentioning how he is a christian *** and he does good business and they have a good rating in the community. But wasnt offering any real resolution to this huge issue. Ijust want fair treatment.
