On January 18, 2024 the Real Estate Board issued a Consent Order regarding Tiffany Price, Principal Broker for failure to exercise ordinary care by failing to ensure that the EMD was submitted to the escrow agent in accordance with the terms of the contract. 2. Failing to provide in a timely manner to all principals to the transaction written notice of any material changes to the transaction.
