            They came out on the first day and couldn't find the septic tank. They didn't spend much time and soon left. I was told they needed to excavate to find the tank so they could drain it. They came out and tried poking the ground again, but this time they had many men there as they were ready to dig if needed. They quickly found it and instead of charging $250 that I was originally quoted (no excavation was done), he tells me that he quoted around $1,000 to excavate and find the tank, but I'll do it now for $350 (if I'm not mistaken). It's not my fault the guys who came out the first time didn't really work hard and try their best to find the tank. He has yet to send me a receipt even though I've contacted him numerous times on the matter!!! A receipt is needed to show the county the work was done but...They also didn't cover they dug well and now there is a mudhole in the yard!This was around April of last year. I'm my aunt's power of attorney and they did the work at her house.I want a refund on the $100, them to give me a receipt, and the mudhole fixed!

            Email address of the customer was incorrect with the business so that is why the customer never recieved the reciept. have spoken to the customer and offered a discount on next service but have not heard back from the customer at this ***.

            I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

            He is lying. HE NEVER TALKED TO ME much less made an offer. I messaged him many times trying to get the receipt and he never responded to anything! Each time I double checked to make sure I typed everything correctly! I don't want them coming again. I want $100 back and them to fix the mess they made as well as a receipt!
