  The so called professional came out and couldn’t figure out exactly or what was wrong and couldn’t even replace a simple light switch. Tried telling me that it’s probably a plug-in somewhere in the house and some other stuff and that he would have to try and possibly cut into the ceiling to see if it can be fixed. Funny thing is the switch worked before hand and before it was taken apart but yet this guy couldn’t figure it out. Now the business tried charging me 200 and some odd dollars for something that the guy couldn’t even do and tried telling me that they charge from the time they leave the shop till we get to their destination. Was not told us when I called last week to find out what they charge. And I told the girl on the phone the representative that I’m only gonna be paying $135. I shouldn’t even had to pay that because the electrician didn’t even fix what needed to be fixed. And then the top things off he took the cover off my breaker box and if I didn’t tell him that he needed to put it back on before he left he would’ve probably left it on the ground where he put it. Now from where I stand that’s unprofessional And if I would’ve gotten hurt would’ve been one heck of a lawsuit.Shouldn’t have to pay for something that was never done

  In reference to ID ********. The service person was dispatched to check two (2) switches not working.Found one (1) switch not connected  at all and no power to the other switch.He proceeded to check the breaker, breaker was not tripped.Homeowner was told we would need to trace wiring to find problem.  Customer did not want us to search for problem because she stated she had somewhere to go and could not wait.Customer was charged the minimum service call amount.Thank You,*****

  I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. When the Lady called me that morning I flat out told her I have somewhere to go and have to be by 9 AM in the morning. She said oh no problem we’ll come out and we can be there within 20 minutes. Which they were not. What they stated to you and their response is nothing but a lie. The so-called technician didn’t even know how to use his meter right, he took off the circuit breaker panel and I had to remind him that he needs to put it back on before he leaves, and his comment was “oh that’s right“. So if I didn’t tell him to do that it would’ve been left off. He flat out told me that he would have to cut holes in the ceiling to trace it to find out what’s going on.
