Around March of 2019 I hired National Timeshare Help Center to sell my timeshare. I paid $599 At first they were responsive to any questions that I had and everything seemed fine. After not thinking about it for a while, in May of last year I E-mailed my 2 contacts there and I got this E-mail in return Dear Valued Customer, Unfortunately, due to the current economic and health epidemic, we are no longer offering customer service to our current clients. If you are a current resale client, please know that our website is still being maintained in order to facilitate the sale of your timeshare. Thank you and have a safe and healthy day! I said fine, COVID is hard for everybody so I went to the website to see what I could do. Unfortunately I was never given any sign-in info or anything to access the website. I decided to wait and check back when things had calmed down. I tried E-mailing again today and I got the same message. When I tried to call the phone did not ring and ended up cutting out or was a wrong number. I can't get in touch with anybody and I just want to sell my timeshare. I would like to get my $599 back. But more than anything I want to sell my timeshare either with them or somebody else. Can you help me get in touch with them to either get them to sell my timeshare or verify that I can go to somebody else to sell it without there being a conflict. If I could get my money back that would also be great.
