    Horrific customer service. We were sold a car with a known defect and promised the defect would be taken care of. After over a week of calling the dealership and being told someone would call to assist us, we have heard nothing but silence. The way this dealership, and in particular sales representative Benjamin and manager of used vehicles Donny, is deplorable. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership and its mismanaged gang of imbeciles.

    Purchased a used 2018 VW Tiguan in July 2024, and as of today, September 12, 2924, I still paper tags (3rd set!!!) due to the dealership recording with DC DMV my tags from the my previous vehicle as TRANSFERRED, but they did not return to me my hard tags!!!! Now I am reduced to doing the legwork to get NEW TAGS from **!!!! The dealership has offered an olive branch (monetary compensation), but I still have the responsibility to retrieve bew tags for THEIR mistake!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

    The whole experience was awful and continues. I traded an older car for a newer one , its already in service as it obviously wasnt properly serviced. Im having more problems bcz of this car which is under 25k miles than I had with my old trade in that had 160k miles on it ! After days of trying to get answers,I finally got my own answers , for them to repeat back to me . It took me about 10 mins to get what they couldnt get in 3 days! Different stories from different people! After expressing that I dont want the vehicle, I was told by one of their employees used car manger that I couldnt get out of the vehicle bcz it was used and too bad what do you want me to do about it and they just approved over 1500 dollars worth of work to be done on it ! I havent had the car 10 days yet !! O and it was in an accident and I absolutely do not recall them telling me about that one as that would have me looking at a different vehicle at that time !!! So how they passed it on to be sold I will never understand!! I was told it still drivable even tho its at another shop to be fixed . Now I still have NO CAR, I have a disabled son and absolutely have to have a car . now Im renting a vehicle because they had no loaners, so more money out of my pocket bcz they were in such a rush to make a sale they didnt make sure the vehicle was 100% , which should not be hard on a car with less than 25k miles on it and newer ! Im just beside myself with overall bad experience and the attitude that I received from them after expressing my frustration is very bad business management!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !! I WISHED I NEVER WENT HERE !!

    I WENT TO PURCHASE A "USED" 2024 **** MUSTANG DARK HORSE ONLY BECAUSE IT HAS THE FLAT TYPE SEATS I WANTED (RECARO) BUT HAD NO OTHER UPGRADED FEATURES YOU CAN GET WITH A DARK HORSE. I WAS GOING TO TRADE IN MY "USED" 2024 MUSTANG GT 5.0 THAT HAD " MORE FEATURES IN IT THEN THE DARK HORSE; ONLY IT HAD THE LIVING ROOM COMFY COUCH TYPE SEATS THAT DON'T PROVIDE AS MUCH HEAD ROOM FOR TALL DRIVERS LIKE THE RECARO SEATS DO. WELL, BOTH CARS HAVE LOW MILEAGE, THE USED DARK HORSE THEY ARE SELLING IS LISTED FOR $69,995 DOLLARS WHICH IS MORE THEN IT WAS LISTED AS BRAND NEW ON THE WINDOW STICKER MSRP. MY MUSTANG GT 5.0 WAS $60,280 DOLLARS BRAND NEW WHEN I PURCHASED IT TWO MONTHS AGO AND DON'T YOU KNOW THEY HAD THE ***** TO TELL ME MY CAR IS ONLY WORTH " HALF " OF WHAT I PAID FOR IT WHEN THEY APPRAISED IT FOR THE TRADE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. THE WORSE ATTEMPTED CON JOB I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BUT THIS IN NOT THE ONLY KOONS **** DEALERSHIP WHO CONDUCTS UNETICAL SALES PRACTICES BUT KOONS **** OF FALLS CHURCH ******** IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE " WORSE " !!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CON SHOP TO ANYONE! YOU CLAIM TO HAVE OVER ONE HUNDRED DREALERSHIPS AND SOLD OVER TWO MILLION CARS YET YOU TRYING TO CON CONSUMERS OUT OF THEIR **** AUTOMOBILES BY TELLING THEM THEIR **** CAR ISN'T WORTH THE MONEY THEY PAID FOR IT. MAYBE THEY AREN'T . BUT ONE THING I DO KNOW. I'LL NEVER GO TO KOONS **** OF FALLS CHURCH ******** AGAIN AND PROBABLY NOT ANOTHER KOONS **** DEALERSHIP PERIOD.

    I bought a used car from them over a month ago. I still do not have my plates and tags, my temporary tag has expired and when I called they said they would overnight it to me. I do not have my new temp tag, no one can tell me if my plates are in and after calling earlier today and then telling me finance would call me back, 3 hours later nothing. I called back, they transferred me to a manager who immediately transferred me to finance. Come to find out no one in finance apparently works on the weekend. This couldn't have been explained to me earlier? And where are my tags? A month feels.lime a long time to wait for license plates. Never again will I buy from them. The salesman was over an hour late and we had a scheduled appointment. Then we spent almost 7 hours in the dealership that day. If you are even thinking about shopping here, go somewhere else. I drove all the way from ********, over an hour, to get there and this is my experience! Complete and utter disrespect.

    ****************** needs better management and service advisors.I own a fleet vehicle with Wheels which is a fleet company this dealership works with.Every time I bring this vehicle in for service, it is like pulling teeth to get the service advisor to do any work and getting this back to me. He has lied to me numerous times with fake information blaming the fleet management company for approvals. I would call the company directly and would get a completely different story. This advisor is unprofessional, uses slang over the phone, and rushes you off the phone. Management at this location is extremely poor, and they need a new person to manage the Wheels account.

    I bought a Tundra from them. The truck is awesome, and I have no complaints. I am out of state, which is where my issues with this dealership come from. There was paperwork that had to be mailed to me, then signed and sent back to them asap, it could not be faxed or emailed. The paperwork got to me late on Friday after I went to work so I couldn't mail it out until Saturday morning. My salesman, William C*****, asked me to upgrade the shipping so that they could complete the sale and that I would be reimbursed for it. I have a text message from him saying they would send me a check for the amount. He also asked when the truck would be picked up so that he could have the truck cleaned and fueled up. I told him on Saturday that the truck would be picked up Wednesday morning, giving him plenty of time to fuel up and clean the truck. Thursday, when the truck arrived via car hauler; it was not cleaned, and the fuel gauge was on E! I told him about it and his text message back to me was "Idk what do you want me to do about it." I told him to send me gift cards for gas and a cleaning so that I could get it done, no response. I sent another text asking about the reimbursement check, no response. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from here unless you enjoy being lied to!

    Shady business practices! They will not sell to you if you don’t use their preferred lender. I asked to make a cash purchase, worked with the dealership for several days to get a deal that seemed fair for both parties. They insisted I give them the chance to beat my current rate which I already knew they couldn’t and a good finance manager already has awareness of what interest rates they see daily of excellent credit. Although I thought the deal was done with the salesman (purchase order created) the finance manager later came back after doing an inquire I was adimitly against, and said sorry, we can’t sell to you as an out of state buy UNLESS you use our lender. A credit inquiry was made on my account just to turn around and give me multiple flemsy reasons as to why they could not sell me the vehicle cash.
