I hired Legendary Solutions, Inc. to replace 4 large windows in my home and not only did the estimator work with me on my project but also worked hard to find me an affordable price on the windows we replaced. The project manager Billy made sure the windows were measured properly and visited my home each day the work was being done. The contractor completed the windows in two business days and cleaned up inside and out. At my request, the old windows and blinds were removed and discarded. Great customer service and friendly staff. The process was conducted smoothly and easily with no confusion. Erik explained every step if the process and answered any questions that I had along with showing me any issues that he saw once the areas where opened. He left the areas clean and organized as well ensuring that no dust or anything went into any areas outside the containment prior to leaving.Legendary Solutions, Inc. Response

We used Legendary Solutions to replace our damaged door frame, add trim, and install a new outswing door in our utility room. (This involved a carpenter to detach a threshold, add a sill riser as needed, install a threshold, repair a door jamb and caulk everything & wrap the wood trim in metal, and a door jam extension to trim the outside of the door, plus painting the trim with 2 coats of paint). I liked the verbiage in their contract, the work was done within the time frame promised at a fair price, and it looked awesome! I felt like a child on Christmas morning when it was done. During the process all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and someone came out to check that the work was done right. Also, the owner has answered several home improvement questions for me even when they did not involve any work we were having done with his company. I trust his judgement and feel confident that if we have more work done by Legendary Solutions that it will be done right and at a fair price.Legendary Solutions, Inc. Response

Only 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero! The started off fine but their use of unqualified labor and bad management resulted in having to redo the work multiple times. Crews show up once maybe twice a week and do poor work. Being multi lingual might help. Eventually, in order to save the sinking ship, management will abandon youLegendary Solutions, Inc. Response

This review is very unfortunate. We have met with him and tried to resolve his concerns on numerous occasions, which included completely redoing most of the project and adding additional services that were not charged for, in an effort to go above and beyond. We are being asked to resolve issues that we did not create or are responsible for. We have offered to correct any of our mistakes, that we made, that do not meet the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines 5th Edition. These are the performance standards outline in our work agreement, and we stand by that offer. The customer has not paid all of his invoices and suggested in an email that we should just provide our materials and services for free. Quote "Maybe it'd be better to just refund my deposit and we all go home." Even with him making these statements we still have tried, in good faith, to resolve his concerns to create a satisfied customer.
