    I placed an order with "Gold leaf marketplace" on May 15 2022.I received no confirmation and no tracking number. Just order number 1660.On June 2 2022 I reached out inquiring about a tracking number. No response.On July 19 2022 I received an automated email that my order was on the way (but there was still no tracking number provided)I reached out again on September 9 2022 that I still had not received my order. No response.Finally accepting that I probably got scammed.

    I ordered an item from this company back on 5/10/22 (order #****) I was told it would arrive before Fathers Day. I have emailed the company multiple times for updates and tried to call the number associated with the company and have received no response. The phone number goes to a ****** phone number that you cannot leave messages on. They said the item shipped in July but never sent a tracking number and when it was requested I received no reply.

    Ordered a product in May 2022. Got an email 2 months later (on July 19, 2022) that it shipped. I have not gotten the item. Ive emailed several times and am not getting any replies.

    On August 21 2022 I saw an ad it was a toy story pizza maker it said ***** today only so I purchased it and they tried to take another ***** off my card but my bank notified me and ask did I authorize a payment of ***** I told them no I only authorized a ***** payment but it took the ***** payment out I was ok with the ***** payment but haven't received the pizza maker yet

    I placed an order on 5/11/22 for $29.99. I got the confirmation email and they took the money through Shopify. I emailed them on 6/3/22 asking for an update on my order. They responded on 6/6/22 stating they were having delays in shipping due to order volume. On 7/19/22 I got an email stating my order had shipped. On 8/15/22 I emailed asking for another update. I havent had any updates or responses since the email stating my order had shipped. Never received a tracking number. Order number was ****

    I ordered an item on June 27th. I downloaded the Shoppe app to track it. There has been no tracking information provided. After asking for tracking information I was told there was a delay and I would get one when it was available. Never received one. I have contacted the seller several (3 and one through the app) times asking for a refund at this point I get no response. No tracking, no refund, no response at this point. I am out $59.99

    I saw an advertisement for this company so i purchased a product for $9.99 on August 21st with the ordber ID of #****. I received two email confirmation for my order with promise of updates on tracking but no provided tracking number. On August 22nd I received another charge on my account of $29.99 with a third one to ensue on the 23rd for an additional $29.99. I attempted to contact them through the number provided on the bottom of their website (https://thegoldleafmarketplace.com/) and it connected me to another automated phone scam about lifealert. Due to these transactions still being pending Discover said I needed to try to contact them and they once the charges are posted they can go on with the dispute process.

    I ordered from Gold Leaf Marketplace in May of 2022. It is now August of 2022 and I still have not received my ordered product. I received notification around the beginning of July that it had been shipped, but I have not been provided with a tracking number.

    I paid 2 amounts of around $4 and $5 to this company, and was charged for it, but today I am noticing that this company has charged me an additional $25 and $30 charges with no explanation. I never paid these amounts to the company, I only paid the $4 and $5 and never authorized any other payments. I also was careful to read the terms, and there was no mention of additional charges or any sort of extra fees. I would like a full refund of the $55 that I was charged, seeing as how I never authorized it, I didnt receive any sort of product or service, no confirmation or anything, and did not sign up for any sort of subscription or extra fees. I suspect that this business is a scam, based off of the other reviews I am reading on the BBB database. This is a major inconvenience and I want my money back in full as well as confirmation that I will be receiving the products that I did pay for.
