I called AAA on Nov. 28th about 7:10 AM for a flat tire. AAA called me back around 8 AM saying service person running late another 1/2 hr. I would be called back. No one called. I called back around 9:30 AM. Person looking for someone to help me. I was told if I walked home someone would call me in about 15 minutes ( I was about 7 miles from my home and had a 10 year old dog with me. Then lady told me since it was a flat tire I had to stay wit the car. Called another person who worked with me. She found a place but they couldn't come until after 2 PM. Man whose property I was parked on offered to change my tire after I called a friend which couldn't make it for awhile. He changed my tire and I was on my way around 11:30 AM. GOT A CALL from the last person I talked to but didn't answer because what for. Got a text message around 4 something saying service person would be on the way. Around 5:10PM. got a call from service person saying he was on his way to service my tire. I aplogized to him and told my story which he thought was terrible. I have been a member of AAA since **** and have never had a problem. Moved to Md. in 2009 and this was the first time I used their services. I have talked to several people since this happened and they have had similar stories. I have contacted AAA and they said they would review this. They would contact me in a few days. I was given a case number. It has Been over a week and still no reply.

I called AAA 7/29/22 @ 8:09pm for a tow. I was given an ETA of 9:57pm for the tow truck to be out. At 10:03pm I called back to get an update and was told no one had been assigned to pick up my truck! No one can give me an ETA, I've spent 30 minutes on the phone with a rep that didn't know ANYTHING! This is my LAST time using this company! They are the absolute worst!
