            LITERALLY RIPPED OFF! I broke down, so I hoped he would just fix the problem. Nope! He had to soak me for all the money he could. It took him a month just to look at it, and 5 months to fix it. BUT HE NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM! He changed me for a lift-pump that HE NEVER INSTALLED - The vehicle doesn't even have a lift pump!!! AND HE STOLE MY GOOD BATTERY AND REPLACED IT WITH A BAD ONE. I think he took some good parts off of my vehicle and replaced them with bad ones. Like the alternator but can't really prove it. He seems Desperate for money; I wouldn't trust time. Contacted the police for theft. and I'm considering a lawsuit.

            To Whom It May ********************** have attached the final invoice, itemized parts list, & proof of ************************ part deposits. All American Diesel did not steal anything from ********************. The battery on the vehicle was not touched by anyone here at All American Diesel, there was no reason for it to be touched. We have felt uncomfortable & threatened by ******************** from the beginning, we called this customer in December to discuss the vehicle and he was so belligerent that we thought he was having a medical emergency, come to find out he was so intoxicated that he was cussing, name calling & couldn't even speak in full sentences. His demeanor was extremely concerning & I felt uncomfortable any time he was around, he doesn't even remember the phone conversation we had about the vehicle, so I am extremely glad we have documentation to back up anything & everything with this vehicle. He has been disgruntled from day one. THE *** DOESNT EVEN HAVE WINDOWS IN IT! HE BOUGHT A PIECE OF JUNK & IS BLAMING US FOR HIS BAD PURCHASE!  We have remained professional at all times towards this customer & I cannot believe what he is trying to do to us as a business. I have had a 5-star rating for 8 years now, my customers tell me I am TOO HONEST sometimes. I would never steal from anyone. His email to us recently was (excuse my language) "fuck off." How inappropriate & unprofessional. On Tuesday night, January 30th, we had a truck fire in our parking lot, it was ARSON, now I am extremely concerned that ******************** may have had something to do with this. I do not feel safe for myself or my family anymore.
