You MUST continue monthly payments to their membership program or they will erase your accumulated credit.After being members for some time, my wife and I have had repeated and continuous issues getting anything scheduled more than once every three months. After numerous phone calls and in person visits to try and resolve this issue over the course months, I was finally able to speak with an interim manager, who informed me that their policy is that any cancelation of membership will delete all credit on your account within 60 days. On top of that, due to all of their scheduling problems, you are now only allowed to schedule one appointment a month. Which means I either keep making monthly payments so I don't lose my credit, which I can't use faster than I can pay, or I stop paying and lose everything.Massages were great when I could get them, but it's a shame the owners resort to shady schemes to line their pockets.Review from Sara L

The level of frustration that I have felt with this organization is beyond words. They pride themselves in wanting to help people by offering stress relief but only cause more. You pay a monthly rate, $70, and that gets you one massage a month. Then you can purchase more at that special rate. And if you cant make it there, you can carry over the credit so youll have two massages in one month and so on. Heres the kicker: they NEVER have availability. They are booked months out so what good are your credits when you can never use them. But they still keep charging that $70 a month. And if you want to put your account on hold to catch up, they charge for that too! This business does not care about you or your health. They care about making money. I understand thats what a business does. I pay money and they provide a service. In this case, however, I pay money and they provide a headache and endless frustration. I will be cancelling my service today and will be losing hundreds of dollars. Something has to be done - its wrong.Review from Amy W.

After being a member for over ten (10) years, on July 23rd, I canceled my membership due to miscommunication about my appointment. After ******************************* sent me an email confirming my membership cancelation, the **************, ******** location still charged my bank account $75.00 on July 31st. This place is not the same as when it first opened business.Review from William A.

Months to get an appointment, yet they still charge your account each month with no refund, no chance to use your credits because you can’t schedule an appointment. If you cancel your membership you lose all your credits in 60 days, but with no appointments available, expect to lose them all.
