I did a voluntary return to this company and they still want me to pay over 1k which I've already paid $1200 for and I had to send the product back because it was bumped up to 7k. Now since I sent the product back and didn't pay the minimum due they bumped it back up to over 6k owed on my credit report. The initial price I was supposed to pay for the product was a Lil less than 3k. I've wasted $1200 for a product I don't have and they want more money from me and I'm left with nothing. This is so disheartening, my hard earned money wasted, I hate that I went into that furniture store and got bamboozled by that salesman. Now my credit score has plummeted and I was on the right path. People be aware this company really ain't out to help you.Review from Sharon L

Overcharge me over a hundred dollars and has no explanation Telling me they can't see all payments.They do not see on their side saying I paid 412. When it was 470. They charged. ** over . Did 90 days same as cash. Ninety something dollars in fees that they can't explain.Review from Charlene M

This company is a scam! I thought the banking went through predatory lending! I cant help but feel like **************** company working together on the Scam! Say fake things are wrong with the car then use this company I did! And they work with you on flexible payment options! All lies I want to payoff my loan 90 days they tell me I have to call and activate that option and pay more money! With all the criminals can you please stop companies like this from hurting the American people who are struggling to get by!Review from Adela G

This people are legally scamming Comsumers. A auto service/ mechanic place by the name of ****** offered me on 11/2024 a payment plan for the repairs, just to find out the I was going to enter in a agreement with Koalafi to pay the same amount of money to them . I agreed with the store to make a payment play to pay $1500, but later find out that I have to pay $1500 to Koalafi for the payment plan agreement ( very smart way to steal people money!!). I asked for a settlement and they only said: you signed the agreement. I ended with a repairs payment of $4200. This is so! Wrong!Review from Alexis J

This company ***** dont use them at all!!! IF YOU DO USE THEM PAY THEM IN 100 DAYS FOR YOUR LOAN!! This is not a 5 star company there are a lot of fake reviews!! The one star reviews are the real reviews! The same thing happened to me! I didnt read the long term leases agreement they made me sign!! In the lease agreement if you dont pay them off in 100 days they add on 50% of your original loan. I got my car fixed and it was ***** dollars but because I didnt pay they in 100 days I owed this company *****. Its all in your lease agreement but this part is in the middle of a very long contract so its easier for you to miss it!!Review from Brandy A

My husband died so I moved and changed banks that is all that I did, had a great payment history paid off 2 leases with them but because my husband died I was penalized. I tried to start a new lease so they ran my old debit card from a joint account that I shared with my husband. Despite the fact that I updated my new card and new bank when I tried to advise their manager "*****" that the account I had was a joint account with my husband and it is now closed because I am a widow. She was rude, dismissive and she hung up on me. I do no recommend their finance company to anyone. They do not have loyalty and they do not care if you paid off your previous lease. I have no idea how this company can do business they way they do. If you do not pay off early the effect interest rate is well over 50%. I had a $1900 repair that will now cost me $4200. You get the loan/lease they set you up on this biweekly payment that ends up being just short of what you owe by the due promotion date, then $2200 gets added to your payoff. Crooked, crooked, crooked.
