This apartment complex is the absolute worse and I mean worst place Ive ever lived in. Ive just moved in here a couple months ago and this apartment is infested with mice. Ive caught three mice alone by myself. Ive called maintenance. Ive called the head desk they are worthless, they are under new management and ************ should be ashamed of themselves and I will be taking legal actions. The maintenance department is awful. I have put in multiple request and theyre not doing anything. I repeat do not move here!!!!!!

tl;dr: This complex's management company will put band aids on bullet wounds and tell you everything is fixed. They are cheap when it comes to major maintenance repairs and do not have any urgency when it comes to major issues. I have been without AC for the entire month of August.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have lived here for 4 years now. In those 4 years, my AC has broken every single spring without fail. They replace the coolant, by next summer they need to do it again. After the 5th or 6th time, they finally decide to replace the entire unit. After 2 months the unit fails again and I am without AC. This happened on August 9. At the time of writing this review (August 30) I still do not have a timeline as to when this will be fixed. They have provided a single window AC unit and a box fan to try and cool my entire apartment (1200 sq ft). My thermostat read 86 degrees at 10 PM after the high hit 98 degrees that day.I have been told there is "nothing they can do" other than provide a box fan to "help" push the cold air. I am now spending my own money to keep my home (and pets) cool. They will only go as far as they are told to help their residents. They will not work with you to come up with alternate solutions. They will try to save as much money as possible and provide the cheapest workaround ************ not live here. The apartments are old and nobody has any interest in making this a safe and enjoyable community to live in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for far too long and now I am paying the price for my kind behavior.

Does every Weinstein Property try to bilk and threaten those who lease from them? They made a verbal agreement with us and now have amnesia. The leasing office in ******* was very helpful when we were working out the details, but are now fraudulently claiming that we still owe them almost $2000 beyond the end of the lease because of an operations issue in their office. Please save yourself to headache and don't ever do business with this entity.

We stayed at ********** in **********, *****, while transitioning between homes. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this complex or any property managed by Weinstein Properties. Our first major issue arose within the first two weeks when our ** unit stopped working overnight. Despite filing an emergency work order, the problem was dismissed after a maintenance check the next day. They claimed the unit was functioning because the temperature was 71 degrees, overlooking the fact that the air was humid and uncomfortable.Further complaints were met with hostility from ****** in the leasing office. She disregarded our concerns, showing us thermostat pictures and insisting we didnt understand the issue. The maintenance manager eventually confirmed that the unit was faulty and repaired it the next day. However, the ** broke down again after a month. We filed another work order, but this time, ****** claimed ignorance of our request and mentioned that maintenance was on lunch. In the oppressive Texas heat (95 degrees with over 80% humidity), it became unbearable. Maintenance finally arrived late and said the unit needed replacement, promising a fix by Friday or Monday. They provided a small cooling unit that only worked in our bedroom and did nothing for the rest of the apartment. For the next 2.5 weeks, we endured without proper **, continually seeking updates from the office. *****, the office manager, blamed the delay on the corporate office. Despite reaching out to Weinsteins corporate office and CEO, we received no response. Requests to move to a different apartment or terminate our lease were met with additional charges and resistance.Frustrated, I contacted the corporate office demanding immediate action or lease termination without penalties. Within an hour, ***** agreed to let us out of the lease. We moved out within a week. ****** remained unprofessional, even refusing to return a package my husband needed.

My main problem is with the lack of communication and knowledge from the employees at the ****************** location. They continually make promises and statements that they can't follow up on due to it inaccuracies on their part. I received signed documents from them stating my move out date was postponed to allow me to move into another property on their premises. After going through the necessary paperwork, being approved, and paying a deposit they told me that they could not honor their side of the agreement. The reason they stated is my old apartment was already on the market and they were unaware of that fact and it was rented to a new occupant. I understand that mistakes are made because we're human but it's unfortunate that I am saddled with the inconvenience, instead of them honoring their agreement.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had resided at the ************** location in ***** with my wife. Upon move in, there was no toilet in one of the bathrooms and it needed a desperate cleaning. Despite that, we still moved in. Fast forward to months later where we had enough and wanted to leave early. We decided to leave in December. So for November we paid for it in full but I made the mistake of paying for it twice. One was through my debit card and the other through my credit card. I wanted to pay it through my credit card so I called the property and asked them to reverse or cancel the transaction for the debit card. Unfortunately, both payments processed and I was out over $4,200! It is now mid-January and I'm still going back and forth with the Property Manager who is refusing to admit that they processed both payments. She keeps saying that the payment was reversed. If it was then that would definitely show in my account. Furthermore, she's trying to say that my debit card transaction never fully processed. I'm showing them my transaction history for October showing "******" took out the rent from my account. Yet they're standing by their statement. My bank is trying to reach out to them and offering a conference call. I doubt they'll change their minds but I'm out over $2,100 that I never meant to pay and the rental property is refusing to give it back. Steer clear from the property management and please do your research before leasing with them. Lack of communication, unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, and unethical behavior define Weinstein Properties.

Specially for *****************! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a great example of what looks good on the outside, doesnt mean its good on the inside. For the amount of money I spend to live here, you would think its a great place! I have been dealing with the neighbors from hell! Ive reported them over 20 times and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. The building is currently under new management and the advice they gave me today, when I gave them the back story of my neighbor is: 1. Continue to report 2. The courtesy office is our until next week so we cant verify that youre actually hearing anything! I was so shocked and baffled because once AGAIN, NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO ACCOMMODATE ME! Its all bull crap! Im forced to be uncomfortable in an apartment that I pay rent for! However, they are looking for their rent check every month. Also, I submitted work request months ago! Still not fulfilled! The floors are also cheap and they get these really bad scuff that cannot come out by mopping the floor. Be aware of the fire alarm going off at 4 AM at any moment and your car potential being booted! ITS NOT WORTH IT! It is not worth it! If I can leave this place tomorrow, I would! If you decide to move here, ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS! 1. how long does it take work request to be fulfilled? 2. What are you protocols for noise violation? What is the steps you have in place? 3. How often does the fire alarm go off for no reason? 4. What are you doing to improve the processes that failed during the ownership of *********************************? Be sure to call out these consistent issues in these reviews! Trust me, these are truths Ive seen! Good luck, but the luck does not reside at Bexley!

I highly recommended renting from the homeless man down the street before giving this company any of your money. I rented an apartment under this scam of a management company from September 2022-October 2023. The living environment was not the best, but not the worst; but they will never take a maintenance request seriously. They fail to track and record maintenance issues and try to charge to ridiculous move-out fees for the issues reported. My unit had massive amounts of mold issues, which was reported to the leasing office and maintenance. They failed to record the issue and have tried to charge me an excess of $1000 in cleaning fees for their failure to seal and maintain their property correctly. Costing me out of pocket for personal property loss and paying these scammers a false move-out fee. This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any leasing management company or apartment complex. Weinstein properties needs to be investigated for fraud.

We are disappointed to learn of your feelings toward the company. When a resident decides to leave one of our communities, we strive to make the move-out process as easy as possible. Any move-out charges are based on invoices from our trusted professional service providers. Our team has contacted you to provide copies of this documentation with you and discuss your concerns. As we discussed, unfortunately, your maintenance concerns were not relayed to our team during your residency in our community. We take mold and moisture concerns very seriously, and our team would have worked with you to ensure these were resolved. We are sorry that you are unhappy with how your time in the community ended, and we wish you all the best in the future.
