    I have been ordering breakfast burritos from this company for about six months. The only reason I shop here is because I can’t find these burritos anywhere on the East Coast. I can only get them when I visit Arizona. Anyway, I ordered some in January 15, 2025. I have yet to receive them. I have contacted the company, no response. I just tried talking to a human on their website, I waited 30 minutes and contacted you. I realize that I am an individual with a small order, I am not some big tracery store. However, the last time I checked, my money was just as good.

    I ordered a 25lb bag of Sweet White Sorghum from the company. When the item finally arrived they sent me Whole grain Sorghum. They are not helpful in getting their mistakes corrected, the manager leaves a message for her staff to relay that they are the same product only difference is the packaging label. that pissed me off when an ignorant person who is representing the company do not know that the products have different varieties for a reason. If I wanted whole grain sorghum I would have ordered that, but I didn't. It's like telling me parboil rice is the same as white rice, know the difference! The fact that you chose to send me a different item than what my order states is for sweet white sorghum , which also cost more than the whole grain sorghum was in piss poor form. Do not sell items to the public and send them different items than what the order states. Never will I recommend this company.

    Terrible product quality & customer service. I order 25 pds par boiled rice in early December. It was expired & bug infested. I sent video & pics & it's now February & they have not even responded to my many requests for a refund or exchange

    Second time I ordered acai smoothie blend they sent a different kind in the same container. Different color, different texture and diff taste. It mimicked the pure acai they sell not the blend I previously ordered. They contacted distributor who said it's the same not different lol. So now food service direct won't refund or correct the item received. They also don't package perishable items well and it came slightly thawed out. They refuse to take concerns seriously and did not satisfy my order. Do not order from this liberal company with lack luster organizational values and a true lack of customer care.

    Stay away from this company for perishable items! You can see by the recent reviews- their policy on shipping frozen foods is terrible. I ordered a case of frozen Items, *** refused to deliver the items despite having very clear signs for them to leave the boxes- we were even in the building when they tried to deliver. I was unable to update delivery instructions via *** or food service direct. Eventually the package was returned to sender and foodservice direct offers zero recourse and i am left footing the bill. Do not under any circumstances order frozen product from this terrrible company.

    I bought a box of yaquina crabs for ****.. the crabs came Frozen and a block of solid ice.. I put them in the refrigerator it took 3 days for them to thaw.. still ice but I was able to break them and bag them. Put three in my pot to steam them . I had got very sick.. call the company two or three different times spoke to two or three different people finally the fourth time I called the company that let me speak to a supervisor by the name of Erica.. spoke to her. She told me that they couldn't reimburse my money or give me another box of fresh crabs to make it right.. they just took my ****.. I'm angry I'm upset I got sick they didn't even care about that.. finally I wrote a letter and told them that this was going to be tolerated. Got a letter from Erica to supervisor they gave me the number from which they purchased the crabs.. I called and spoke to a crystal.. she told me she was not familiar with the company.. but to send her my information that I had.. the reason that they can't accept my payment is because they said the crab stayed in the refrigerator for 3 days.. I've never heard of anything like that.. I buy crabs all the time.. I want my monies or a fresh box of crabs to make things right.. have to speak into Crystal she told me that they would have been more than happy to make things right but since I've spoken to her now I can't get her to come back to the phone and speak to me.. this is absolutely ridiculous and my financial institute my bank don't even want to stand behind me on this.. what's going on in the world that people could just take your money like this

    I received 15 pounds of warm and thawed dressed catfish. I thought it was a mistake because how does this happen. I must have sent the video and pictures 5 times to get someone to say they would replace or refund my money. I asked for my purchase to be replaced and expedited since it’s extremely hot right now and, frankly, I don’t need another 15 pounds of warm funky fish! They emailed me stating they couldn’t expedite the shipment!!! WTH?!! Soooo….I’m supposed to wait for another warm shipment? No thank you. I want my FREAKING REFUND!!! Do not do business with this company. You will regret it in the long run.

    I purchased frozen Dim Sum items from Food Service Direct, and became extremely ill after eating the product. They sold me tainted food which contained a food-borne pathogen which caused extreme pain & discomfort which required that I see specialists, had stool samples which were positive for the pathogen, & I developed a serious bacterial infection. I will be undergoing invasive colonoscopies & endoscopy to assess the damage to my body. In the past, Food Service Direct delivered similar frozen food which not packed with sufficient dry ice & the food was delivered totally defrosted & required that we discard the many cases they delivered.

    Order came completely thawed. No speed to fix the issue. I am scared they will only offer store credit, which would be a nightmare seeing how I had to throw away **** worth of food I was looking forward too.

    Dear Sir/Madam: I am writing to get assistance… I have had no luck going through their website and placing phone calls to customer service. On or about the beginning of July, I ordered Aldens Organic New School Orange Cream pops through ******. I indicated that they should be sent to Diane, my sister. I did not know that this product would be fulfilled by Food Service Direct. I will be more aware going forward. On July 8, a delivery was made to Diane. She received frozen pizza and not the ice cream bars. A few phone calls later, I was told that this item (ice cream) was not refundable. Really? The total for this order was *******. I should not be liable for a product that was not what I ordered. Food Service Direct has been giving me the run around. I have sent a picture of the box with the UPC code stating that enclosed was pizza, not ice cream. Please help me with this; I would be most appreciative.
