I have had nothing but trouble with the trailer I'm renting to own. They won't give me ANY of the information that is supposed to be on my lease. It's a blank box. I paid my rent up and now they are trying to say that I still owe over $1000 and they are going to evict me and my children.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. As I have provided PROOF that the funds was not returned to my account and they refuse to contact their bank about the problem, also the entire trailer parks monthly payments were lost and they are trying to charge everyone an extra $50 because they lost the payments at no fault of the tenants.  Regards, ******* *****

Attached you will find the transaction list that is automatically updated with the online payment when made and then returned. As you can see the payments were made, however, they were returned as well. I'm not sure how else to clear this up with the tenants when clearly the payments were returned. I also have the emails from the online system which were forwarded to Ms. ***** when the payments were returned ( according to the online payment system the payment return was due to not being able to locate the account they used to pay not due to not having the money in the accounts)

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. And I have provided you with the evidence it was taken out of my account and not returned. So I'm not sure what it they are asking me to do, okay something I have already paid?! Regards, ******* *****

Again, I can provide the bank records as well showing what this report shows. Not sure how we come to a resolution when I have records stating it was received and then returned by two separate sources. Also, just so you know we did not manage the property when the sale of the trailer took place that was another management company.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Faith Management LLC was not managing the property, but the person I've been talking to (*** *****) has been involved since day one. Not it first and I have also been told that it was non-sufficient funds and then she told me that she couldn't find the account so that's two different reasons on her side when I have my bank statement showing that it was not returned to my account. Regards, ******* *****
