Can't blame the whole company but ********** can't remember his last name) who was suppose to be some kind of leader that consulted with me concerning my crisis stability moved the goal post everytime I thought i was getting close to receiving a hotel room for some solace. I told him about how I was dealt by another lady I was referred to after going to poplar springs. Just so happen she use to work for this company and left to make money, which may I add Is all they were about from my view. Her office were on Midlothian turnpike and she tried to use her business experience to basically only let me get a room for a limited time which ****** lead her to profit from my insurance. She liked to show her authority even after knowing I just left a mental facility. The guy mr **** was generous at first but lured me to signing all this paperwork in the scorching sun with his understudy to only again break his word to me and make me wait..as of currently I've been waiting for almost two weeks and still haven't received a call from him about nothing though he said he would. He also seen me in a accident Sunday and when he got in his office Monday he still didn't bother to give me a call. I called Tuesday and this nasty mannered black women continued to try to mislead me and only added to the frustration. This place of mental health need to be reconstructed, inside and out.. despicable and tasteless with lack of effort to say the least.
