This company will not refund your money even if you return the bottles as they claim. Make sure you have a tracking number and follow up. They will try and get out of returning your money. Byer beware

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We do process refunds as soon as the product is returned. We saw your inquiry on 1/28, and as of today, 2/12/25, we have not yet received your return. It appears the package may have been lost during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to help prevent this. In the meantime, we’ve already processed your refund. I am using ComfortPro probiotics and so far so good. I feel my gut is starting to do what it is supposed to do. The uncomfortableness I used to feel as at a minimum. I recommend this product. I have IBS and gut issues. Waiting to see what the future holds.Green Valley Natural Solutions Response

I'm only giving 2 stars since I've just started on the products I ordered and I don't have a final answer, but I'd like to respond to those who are saying that the company is misleading them regarding the free trial. That is not true. Whether you order your product from online or over the phone, ( and I have ordered both ways), you are made aware in advance that this is a membership and you will be billed 30 days after purchase, unless you cancel before. The company is quick to refund your money, so why give a false review. Shame on you!Green Valley Natural Solutions Response
