    I have been a customer of ********************** for several years but they have not picked up my trash since just before Christmas. They were sending out emails to their customers about delays in service due to one of their trucks breaking down, and then because of the snow on January 6th, but I have not heard anything from them since January 10th. I had an invoice that needed to be paid, so I thought maybe that was a delay in services, so I paid it on January 14th and emailed them and asked when my next pick up would be. The payment was a pre-payment for 6 months of service, totaling $168.00. I sent another email on January 26th, asking again when I could expect a pickup, and have not heard back. I called over the weekend and their mailbox was full. Their ****** business page has been taken down and their reviews on ******** echo statements similar to mine. I'm just looking for a refund for the prepayment of $168.

    I paid for three months of of trash pick *** in advance( Nov,Dec,Jan) A total of 9 weeks were not picked up out of a 12 week cycle.They have sent out Emails saying their trucks are having issues and will be back on schedule., which hasnt happened yet. I have not had any trash picked up for the past 7 weeks. I simply want a refund for the missed weeks and for them to remove their trash bin from curb, where it has been for the past 6 weeks.They do not respond to how and when they are going to refund my money and when they will pick up their trash bin.There are numerous comments on ********( approx 245) all with the same problem. It concerns me that so many people paid in advance didnt recieve the service they paid for, which adds up to quite a bit if money.

    $90 was paid in full on time for 3 months of trash service. Leading up to December there was several weeks trash was not picked up or contact made for explanation. I figured maybe it was due to holidays or behind so I made the payment to extend service in Dec. Since then there has been 0 trash service for over a month. Emails, phone calls, texts, *** fb messages were sent to them with no reply. There has been numerous reports on ******** about people having this issue. Last email I demanded a refund or I was contacting the bbb *** keeping the can until notice of refund was posted to my account. I personally know another couple who has not recieved their refund also who will be reaching out. I would like my refund so they can get their can after and I also want people to know this seems like a scam. 5 weeks no service *** lots of people complaining, where is the money going? They obviously can't refund it

    The trash company that we use has stopped picking up our trash. We pay 6 months in advance twice per year. This is a weekly service. They have not picked up our trash in over a month, and missed several times before that. We have tried to call and email. They will not answer the phone or return calls or emails. . We are paid up until April 2025.

    This is in regards to a trash collection company. There was no pickup on 8/20/24, 12/24/24 or 12/31/24 and no credits/refunds have been issued. This company is paid 6 months in advance for weekly pickups. There was no notice that trash would not be collected on 12/24/24 or 12/31/24. The ****************** page were not updated with this information. None of the customers on ************************************************************* know if or when they will be back or if any of us will actually see refunds. Please make sure this company performs the services that we are paying for.

    Thank you for your complaint on the company to the BBB, Weve sent out many emails to keep everyone updated and also have issued credits to accounts- hence why you havent received an invoice that would be due at this time.

    Since your last invoice for service is over and your service is now cancelled we will not be by to remove anymore trash and the crew will be out to collect the can provided.

    If we cannot pickup our empty can then you will be charged for it.

    Many emails have been sent out to keep everyone informed and to say we havent sent any notice and havent issued credits is beyond me, but I wont go back and forth either, your service is done with us and well be out asap to pickup the can.

    It's now been 5 weeks that no one has had a trash pickup.

    They pick up our trash weekly on Wednesdays. It has now been 2 weeks with no pick up, no notice, no communication. I sent an email requesting that they cancel service to our address and they responded back that I needed to have their can accessible for pick up or I would be charged. I dont even have a can provided by them. I provide my own. Im not paying them for anything further when I have nothing of theirs and will no longer be receiving their service.
