Additionally, I am seeking a refund due to the school's lack of accreditation, which was never disclosed to me during enrollment. I enrolled in MIHT School on 2015 with the expectation of receiving quality education and a recognized certification upon completion of the program. However, to my dismay, the school closed down abruptly, leaving me without the necessary credentials to pursue my chosen career path. Despite numerous attempts to contact MIHT School, both through phone calls and emails, I have received no response or assistance in resolving this matter. This lack of communication and accountability is highly concerning and has only added to my frustration and disappointment. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that MIHT School was not accredited by any recognized accrediting body. This information was intentionally withheld by the school during the enrollment process, which is a clear violation of ethical business practices. As a result, the certification I was promised holds no value in the industry, making the time, effort, and money I invested into this program completely wasted. Therefore, I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau intervene in this matter and take appropriate action against MIHT School. Specifically, I am seeking a full refund of the tuition fees I paid, as well as any additional costs incurred during my enrollment.
