This was my first purchase from Kind Sniper. I am posting this review to share the amazing purchase and customer service experience I have had. While I have had good, even great, experiences with other vendors, this was, by far, the best I have ever had.Mr. ****** is good people as we say here. He went above and beyond to ensure that I, as the client, had the best possible experience. He was thorough and timely in responses to my email inquiries. He clearly showed that he cares, and that seems to be a rare thing these days. I am greatly appreciative of all the time and effort he put forth on my behalf.I purchased a B&T SPC9-PDW SD. Mr. ****** kept me updated on the status of the order. An issue having to do with a distributor's product description came up, and I reached out to him. He promptly and comprehensively addressed the issue. He continued to follow up to make sure everything was made right.I was so impressed with the level of communication and the dedication to customer service. It is wonderfully refreshing and reassuring to have had this buying experience. I am delighted that I have become a client of Kind Sniper, and I feel that I really cannot say enough good things about my overall experience.I highly recommend Kind Sniper to folks. I was a bit nervous when I decided I wanted to buy a high end 1911. I found a Nighthawk Agent 2 Recon at Kind Sniper. It was configured exactly like I wanted so I called about it. Ed helped me feel more at ease. He answered questions I had sent me pictures and really went above and beyond what normal gun stores do. The Nighthawk 1911 was shipped out to my FFL FedEx 2nd day Air at a very reasonable price for that level of shipping. I ended up getting more than a Nighthawk 1911, I made a new friend who I will be doing more business with. Thank you Ed. Thank you everyone at Kind Sniper.
