These people upsell your insurance, and what theyll do is send you the bill after they finish putting together a whole bunch of services for you that your insurance is not gonna cover. Scammers scam Dentists to tell you services you dont need.Review from Tony G.

I was totally caught off guard by this family dental practice who advertises that they serve people through all phases of life only to exclude ******** advantage and ******** supplements -meaning I had to change dentists after years of being a customer. Since ******** doesnt cover dental, in my opinion its false advertising to exclude so many seniors who dont have or cant afford private/ expensive insurance and call it a fsmily practice until you age out. I guess its fsmily except for gramma?Review from Kelley M

Ive been going to this dentist office for years. *** spent a small fortune in dentistry and orthodontics here.To be told that a cleaning appointment that I made MONTHS ago would be canceled due to an erroneously perceived unpaid bill is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of customer service is this?Do better. Youve lost a loyal patient who, in the past, had recommended you to dozens of people.Review from Adrienne M

The dentistry itself is fine, however, the billing ***** is abhorrent. They have billed my insurance incorrectly twice in a row for the same claim (confirmed by my insurance company). I have called multiple times in an attempt to talk to the billing **** and despite assurances that I would get a return call, I have failed to receive one. At the time of writing this, I have spent a cumulative **** hours on hold only to be told time and again the billing **** would "call me right back". The billing customer service is highly lacking and not patient friendly and it seems as if they hope you will just let your issue drop and pay your bill despite their error.
