    Have stayed here all summer no problems until October when I was rudely told they were under new management (wish they were not). Made a reservation which I have all in a email on a Thursday 10/20 for a Saturday 10/22 stay. I had asked if possible for a early check in and the lady told me no problem since it was off season they were empty. Me and my sister arrived at about 1:30 (check in is 3:00) went downstairs and saw a cleaning lady and I said Hi I am so and so and we are here to check in is our room ready. That's when it went down hill she rudely told me there are no early check in as she was the only one here and would not even have our room ready at 3:00 I said oh I'm sorry then she slammed the door in my face. I saw a number on the wall that said if you room isn't ready call this number so I did - it was her number. She got very rude said she was calling her boss (which was *****) I said oh ok that's great. Spoke with ***** and she apologized and stated there was new management and the website campspot had been making these promises to people. Now mind you the parking lot was empty there was only one other guest there. I said no problem can me and my sister simply fish until its ready which was only a hour away. She said fine. We went and got our poles from the car when here comes the cleaning lady and stated that her boss called back and we needed to leave they didn't have a room for us and there was only 1 employee working. The grill didn't work nor did the fire pit - propane was empty. That's all I stated. . They are now claiming they can keep my money. That isn't going to Happen. I have never in my life been treated by a establishment in this manner. Hello *******, This email confirms that your upcoming stay has been cancelled.     My housekeeping supervisor called me about a complaint she was having with said guest of complaint. The guest came in early and was wanting us to let her in her room early, it was about 1:00pm and our policy is 3:00pm no exceptions. We are very short handed, and we had a full house that weekend and explained to her the room would not be ready until 3:00pm. **** my housekeeping supervisor called and told me the customer was using vulgar words and as I was on the phone, I heard the guest use the ******** word several times. I asked the guest to not disrespect my employee, but then after I hung up with the guest, she continued to follow **** into the laundry room and it says on the door employees only. So, **** shut the door, locked it, and called me again. As, I was on the phone again. I looked at the cameras and the guest was at the laundry room door and she was calling the main phone line over and over. I spoke with the guest again and told her she was to vacate the property that we did not allow guest to cuss our employees or cause confrontation in front of other guest. She was asked to leave the property with no refund due to using vulgar language and misconduct while on the property.
