    This company moved a tenant of our property and damaged brand new hallways floors by dragging the objects out of the property. We have been waiting for a week for a call back but the gentleman that answers the phone (*****) stated he could only relay the message to his office and he cannot do anything. He then hung up on me and will not answer any more calls. The damages are significant and this company is trying to ignore our claims. They should not be able to operate if they cannot be held responsible for the damage they have caused.

    Hello We move a client from ************* on 6/13/23 , we put down floor coverings to protect floors while moving, we use rubber wheel dollies and hump straps for carrying items, about 8 days after move the landlord called and said we did a lot of damaged to floors. The customer that was moving was with us the whole time and he told me that the move went well and the guys were very professional. this building has traffic and others things going on it. So if customer released us then that should mean that there wasnt any problems.  Anybody could have did damage there are others living in this building and if its this bad we should have gotten a call that day or at least the next day and not 8 days later.

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    We had a tenant in the property tell us that you all did the damage. You hung up on me, won't respond to calls or anything.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT, PERIOD!

    We contracted them to pick up our furniture, keep in storage for a week and deliver to new residence.They picked it up on 9/26. They called 9/27 to say they "lost" the check and contract. We issued new check.When they finally delivered the furniture it was completely destroyed. Not regular scratch and dent. Completely destroyed. We found out that they wrecked the truck after leaving our house on 9/26. Per the police report from **************** the truck rolled and hit a truck. When they called for a new check on 9/27 they did not disclose the accident or the extend of damage. Before delivery the called to say there was a "slight' accident. They then said it would be covered by their insurance. They failed to provide a claim number and when finally pushed they provided an insurance agents name. He said they did not have cargo insurance with them.They have consistently lied and basically committed fraud. They failed to honor the contract. According to the police and lawyers this is civil matter and they will not pursue criminal charges.These people need to be put our of business.The police report for **************** is # PD2209260517..Because they lied and did not provide legitimate insurance information we have had to file on our homeowner's .policy.We are out at least 50K. I mean items we splintered and completely destroyed. I want them in jail for fraud, but since that is not going to happen, putting them out of business would be the next best thing.My number is ************ My husbands ************ (*********************)

    Good Morning, *************** to the Compliant from **************** Move, We moved them out of home on 9/26/2022 into two trucks and hold on them for 5 days, On 9/26/22 the movers left them around 7pm.  the office closed at 5pm. On the next day i noticed that one of trucks wasnt at  Office, so i tried calling driver and got no response, I checked the voice mail and someone gentleman had called and reported and accident, he said your driver was involved in an accident, so i called them and he said they took him to hospital. I called Office on that call and he never called me back.  we finally found out around 2 pm. what was going on and they told me truck hid a ditch an turned on its side, Drivers wife said there was not paper work or keys turned in with driver at hospital. I called **************** and told him Check was lost a could we get another one, I saw truck nextday and it needed to be unloaded which i told ****************, never talked to **************** until we moved them Back. We unloaded on that thursday to another truck and noticed that items had got shifted, we noticed only 6 damaged items which told **************** before we delivered to them. We be dealing with ****************** for years and we always had the proper coverage, they told **************** we only had Laibilty and had to us we were fully covered with a movers policy. I asked *************** to send me list of items damaged so i could claim it with ***** we also had full coverage with them also, **************** still hasnt reached out to me yet with that information all she is worried about is putting someone out of business instead of communicating with us. I am sorry this happened, but the accident was something i had no controll of. There was no other trucks or cars involved in accident. We had two truck with he items on it and only one was in an accident. I am ****** and my number is  ************.
