    I initially contacted this company to provide a quote for commercial security services and to fix a door that is controlled to open. Someone has been out 3 times and the services were not completed but yet I am being charged monthly for services. I have spoken as well as emailed the sales representative several times. She is now passing me to others and each person has no clue what is going on. I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was told I would be copied in on the email. I was then told she could not copy me in the email but sent me a separate email. I have not received any resolution to my issues. I am very disappointed in the services and the poor communication experienced.

    We are being sent to collections for a debt that is not accurate or lawful. Our contract has not been violated and nowhere does it stipulate the reasons we are given for being sent to collections. We've offered to work with ****** ******** in numerous ways to continue the security system contract and the payments. The payments have not stopped, we have the new owner paying for them, and still, ****** ******** is sending us to collections. The contract does not state anything about moving, or subleasing the service. They refuse to show where we've signed anything to that effect.

    Hello, my complaint is against Johns brother security. I began receiving emails, saying I was going to be placed on collection for non payment. I emailed then, asking them for a validation of contract. The company sent a previous contract with another different company. Which was ******** Which was no contract was struck between me and John Brothers I asked them if there was a clause in the contract for a buyout from another company or merger and there was no answer and the company asked me to do a 30 day termination email I did and stated I would contact the *** if this would continue sent me another bill or like 8 emails in a row with the same bill

We tried to inform all ******* customers of the acquisition through multiple letters and emails. Once the acquisition was finalized, your account was transferred into our Central Station where our dispatchers have been monitoring your system for security and fire alarms. In doing so, you began receiving monitoring invoices from us. We received your formal cancellation request on Friday, July 1, 2022. Your cancellation is being processed, and your system will be deactivated on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00am. Once the cancellation is complete, your security and fire monitoring will be discontinued. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be happy to assist you.
