Bay Crawl Space Foundation Repair is an amazing company. The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful regarding encapsulation. I was hesilant to try the company at first, but Fred *********** (Expert Advisor) walked me through the entire process which was very inmpressive. Everything about the experience was exceptional and it exceeded my expectation. Great experience with Bay Crawl space and foundation repair. Prompt, courteous and efficient. The team preformed the foundation repair and kept me updated as the stages of the repair progressed. 10 years ago, Bay Crawl corrected significant damage under the house. Their prices were reasonable but it’s the personal connection and professionalism that makes them a great crew to work with. We just invited them back to see what our crawl space looks like after 10 years. Everything was stable and clean as it was 10 years ago after the repair!Review from George S

OUTSTANDING! This is the second time we used Bay Crawlspace services. They are truly professional, and very knowledgeable of the work they perform. At the start of the job they briefed us what they were going to do, the process to complete the job and at the completion of the work the 3-man team (Adian, Rahshaan and Jason) ensured the work area was clear and clean. The Bay Crawl Space Foundation production crew of Triston, Cedrick, Moe and Sharran did an outstanding job. The crew explained everything they were doing and what the next process was. During the production, the crew noticed an issue that could deteriorate other supports over time and made recommendations to add a pump. The electric crew of Paul and Jeff did an excellent job. They took photos of their work and made recommendations on the electric so the job was done correctly and safe. The office schedulers would text and call regarding the project timeline. The crews were very professional and took pride in their work. Give Bay Crawl Space Foundation a try.Review from Cliff H

Aaron and Dalton from Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair were out to perform our annual service visit for our dehumidifier. Both were very friendly and professional. They found some issues with the drainage that we were unaware of and corrected those as part of our annual service. We have had other services performed by Bay and the work was always well done and reasonably priced. We highly recommend their services.Review from John R

This company is spot on. They kept me informed each step of the way, from the initial inspection through the spray treatment that Technician James Lawson completed. The Techs that performed the repair on the foundation were professional and informative. I recommend Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair. The price, workmanship, and professional attitude were spot on.
