Its tough out there for anyone who needs help with a timeshare. Tons of companies to choose from but we thought a firm was the way to go. All the others never told us how long it would take (well not exactly, just a chronological order. but no real dates). They told us exactly when docs are done, processed, and followed up well. Plus they didnt sound like salespeople.Review from Rice C

Keeping the timeshare was costing us $*** a month and on a seven-year term. All that for a timeshare that we could find being sold on the internet for nothing. No one wants these things; that's why they are sold in busy rooms by people trying to convince you (over hours and hours of hard sell) that whatever deal you're getting is somehow "special." Talking to a few others online we found everyone gets that special deal; its just a ploy to get you to impulsively buy without having time to think about it. Enough was enough and we contacted OFS. We got a fantastic consultation and went with them. The payment was far less than the $*** and for just a couple of years. We are satisfied.Review from Vaughan J

We liked the professionalism, prompt responses, and knowledge of OFS. Others didn't really seem to have all the answers like they did. It felt like a couple groups we called the person on the other end hasnt even done this before. They gave us the confidence to use them vs. the others. Plus they put us on a quick and easy payment plan, which was something we didnt think was an option.Review from Kai P

They helped us with a tough situation for my family incredibly quickly. We called other companies but they all wanted money upfront and never really gave us a specific date in which this would be resolved; only a vague "timeline" that spanned over many months or years. Owners Financial crafted a quicker plan and stuck to it. They were a big help.Review from Michael G

We feel blessed that we decided on Owners Financial Services and utilized their services for what we thought was a complex issue. We quit paying on our timeshare previous to contacting them and were worried about having to deal with a full-blown foreclosure. The letters from the resort were coming and we were getting nervous. Owners Financial got us out of that jam and while the missed payments did some credit damage, (insert random OFS persons name) at OFS is working on some strategies to reverse the damage. However, the worst-case scenario (foreclosure-wage garnishment) is definitely behind us now.Review from Edward W

We finally terminated our two timeshares in Orlando and Vegas. Although they couldn't help everyone, we fit the requirements and they handled the job. Thank you Owners Financial for all your assistance. We rid ourselves of $**** annually in escalating maintenance fees (that were only $**** three years ago).
