1. Fast talking the family rushing the funeral. (Knowing he said he has a deadline to meet for the order of service) 2. He was more concerned about the family upgrading the casket than doing exactly what we asked! -did not have slide shoe at viewing nor guest sign in book. 3. Insensitive to the family by trying to turn deceased head at family viewing. -Didn't present family slide show nor guest sign in book at opening of view. Which was included in the package. 4. Insensitive about what he was doing wrong as if he did the family a favor. Insensitive to tell the family to give the church the handwritten order of service instead of the programs. 5. Insensitive to make the programs the way he wanted to without consulting with the family. Which caused the pastor and the church to be on 2 different programs. 7. Misprinted the death date on programs and passed them out at the funeral. 6.Gave the family a dirty party bus not the limo that was in the package. Was late showing up to family house day of funeral. 7. Gave out wrong address at the burial to the repass. ( because HE DID NOT READ) 8. Did not present the spread that he gives his customers until the day after the funeral . 9. Has yet to correct anything 2 weeks after the funeral. Overall this director never had the corrected programs never gave us anything to proof read. As requested. The Original programs didn’t arrive until The morning of the funeral . He text at 8:30 am to tell us and stated we have to go to plan B. No clue what HIS plan B was, then called at 9:45 to say everything has arrived 15 mins before picking us up . has arrived 15 mins before picking us up . This has caused emotional damage to my family. My father built picture collages of ALL his deceased friends and family and now I can't put him on the wall due to an incorrect death date.
