I am writing to formally express my grievances regarding the recent experience I had with your moving services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory and has resulted in considerable stress and financial burden. Initially, I was quoted a price of $4,888 for the move. However, upon completion of the service, I was shocked to find that the final amount charged was *******. This significant discrepancy feels like a breach of trust and transparency, as the initial quote was misleading and failed to reflect the true cost of the service. Moreover, the packing and loading process was subpar. The team did not take all of my belongings, and many items were packed incorrectly, which resulted in damage to my property. My refrigerator was left behind, and my desk was broken during the move. This level of carelessness is unacceptable and has caused additional inconvenience and loss. Due to the incomplete packing, I was forced to load my car with items that did not fit in the truck. This added an unexpected ******+ in costs related to gas and mileage as I drove across the country to retrieve my belongings. The financial burden of this additional travel expense is frustrating, especially considering the circumstances. Prior to the arrival of the moving truck, I was continually reassured that the driver was on the way. However, when the truck finally arrived, there was no one available to assist with unloading. This left my fiancé, a disabled veteran with back injuries, to help the driver unload our belongings, which is not only unfair but also physically taxing for him. Despite the ordeal, several of our belongings remain missing. This has caused significant emotional distress and further inconvenience. I kindly request a thorough investigation into these matters, a clarification of the final charges, and appropriate compensation for the damages incurred and the additional expenses I faced. I hope we can resolve this issue amicably.

This is not a client based on the name and email address she has used. GGR would be happy to respond and work with the client if we did move her but would require a job number or name that the move was contracted under.

From packing to unloading, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their expertise and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free move. 5 stars and a big thumbs up from this happy customer!
