    The company representative performed a service on 1/15/25 morning. He documented that a lot of services were performed as they were supposed to per the contract, but none of them were done . I've video recordings from my camera that show it is incorrect. I called customer services explaining the issue and requested for termination of the contract, the representative terminated the contract. The representative charged me $279 as an early termination fee. I asked the representative why i am charged for a service that was promised and not performed. Like i said, I have video recordings that show they have not performed the service. I am not asking for a refund or credit for the visit, but I am asking for a waive off the early termination fee as I had to cancel the contract because of their mistake. I can provide the copy of camera recordings if requested by the company.

    We signed up for a service and the technician told us that we would not be charged an early cancellation fee. My husband unexpectedly lost his job and so we called Evergreen pest solutions to see if we could cancel our service because of the hardship. The sales associate asked me to put the account on hold for two months and that they would follow up with us in October to see if we wanted to reinstitute our service. I never received a phone call, but rather just a text and a phone call stating that a technician was going to come and treat the yard when I called to complain. They told me that there was $100 cancellation fee. I asked to speak to someone above the account manager named ****** who refused me the opportunity to speak to the owner of the company whom she told me was named ****, but **** refused to talk to customers, I then called the billing department to file the same concern and they gave me the same information that the owner does not talk to customers and that basically they didnt give a rip about the customers that they had they charged my card $100 of which I went on a recorded line telling them that I was going to dispute the charge because I did not give them permission to charge my card I called several numbers listed on the website and other states like ***********, ********** and ************** and *******, *******, *******, and all of the calls though to another state rerouted to ******** to the account manager ****** who refused to help me with the fee she told me that she gave me two free months of which she did not because no one came out to treat our yard for those months so of course I wasnt charged to fee because I wasnt provided a service and now they are locking me into something that their sales *** lied about, and they do not seem to care about the consumer at all

    Their products didn't work and my grandson was injured due to this. My yard was supposed to have been treated for yellowjackets among with ants and other biting insects and my grandson got stung 4 times by yellowjackets. I'm still seeing the bugs they say they treat for. It was taking them a long time to reschedule a retreatment.

    The business came and did a termite inspection to which cost about $1500. We authorized to open a line of credit with Wisetack to cover those services. Upon several second opinions we cancel the service and they were to cancel the line of credit with ********. Evergreen states they cancelled the account of 6/******* speaking with ********, they said they have no record of a reversal or refund from Evergreen. I have called for three weeks to get the same issue rectified along with a copy of the termite inspection report and havent received anything. They assured me that the Wisetack line of credit was reversed and it would take 7 days. Its been three weeks and now Wisetack is expecting a payment.Upon contacting

    Had a new lawn installed in March, we used Evergreen for our first service a couple months later. The lawn was thick, healthy and green. A few months later we received a second service and shortly thereafter the lawn started to die. Ive had 3 gentlemen here to assess the situation and they all agreed that the second service must have had an herbicide that killed the lawn. I was told they would resod, yet one week later, they wont even answer my texts. If I dont get some satisfaction, I will have to go to court and also contact the local news stations. I am so disappointed as they had convinced me they were a reputable company. They also sent me a bill for the service that killed my lawn! I have multiple pictures of before and after.

    I had a contract with this company, I told the sales rep that I was only renting at the current residence, he thats fine we will follow wherever you go, so I signed up.. I finally moved and called April to inform them of my new location, she told me they do not service my area.. I was surprised because thats not what is was told.. I thanked her and asked for a manager.. ***** the manager calls me back and said Hi ******************* i cancelled your contract and charged your debit card 230$! I replied why? Did you do that I didnt give you permission to cancel my account or charge my card! He said well you moved out of our service area, I replied so what, you didnt even hear me out with my concerns or ask me what I wanted to do! I still had the option to sell my account or keep treating the old home for the future residents! I asked him to speak with the higher up ***** said I am the Highest you can go! I said to ***** At this point you charged me the customer for a cancellation/broken contract that I never gave you permission to break! He said Yes..I asked How is that okay? You as the manager chose to break a contract that I signed! I only called to inform you of my changes and gather my options! I DIDNOT CALL TO CANCEL ANYTHING AND I WANTED TO CONTINUE SERVICE! ***** the account manager over stepped and is making me pay and would NOT let me speak to anyone higher than him to resolve this issue he caused! I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR BANKING INFORMATION! I want my money back, because i am not the one that broke the contract, the manager ***** assumed thats what i wanted without asking me what I wanted to do!! I should not be charged for his assumption! I was not my choice! Once ***** voided the contract against my authority and without my permission, I am no longer responsible for his contract! I could understand if I requested the cancellation of the contract then yes I would be responsible for the charge! But I didnt give permission

    I signed an agreement for quarterly preventative services. I have been with them for 1 year (4 services) and had a terrible experience with 2/4. The first negative experience, I had requested indoor service to be completed, which requires someone to be home. I took an entire day off of work to be home for the service, and by 3pm in the afternoon I still had not heard from the company and no one had shown up. I called, and they admitted to being scheduled on a different day, and my email confirmation was wrong. There was NO offer to make this right and send out a technician that day. The next request to have indoor serivce was recently on 7/27/23, when I was experiencing an ant issue. I emailed and advised exactly what my issue was and requested someone to come inside for service. Again, I took an entire day off of work to be home and no one arrived. While walking out of my home to pick up my son from daycare, an Evergreen truck drives by slowly. passing my home, and doesnt turn around until he sees me leave. They completed the outdoor service and sent service notes to my email. There was NO mention of the ant issue, and actually states "no pest activity". My husband says he can see exactly where they are coming from. We even saw on our outdoor cameras the technician did not make rounds around the house as the services notes state. I called to cancel our services as we are not receiving any of the services THEY agreed to provide, and it has been over a week before I could speak with someone who had authority to cancel my account. I will admit, they did try to offer to make the issue better at this point in time by offering to waive my next month's fee, but it is way too late now and I do not trust the services to be completed. I would like a $460 refund for settlement as I requested my account to be canceled and credit card no longer charged.

    A nice lying salesman came to my door to discuss pest control. Stated that they are already doing a few of my neighbors homes. Asked me if I had any issues with bugs and what types. Advised that the issue is with ants and palmetto bugs. He then told me that he had a specialnormally its ****** for the initial coat but he would only charge me ******. Stated that since he gave me the discountall I had to do was continue the services until I had met the initial amount of ****** and then I could cancel. I called several times to be told that my services were canceled and they would have a manager call me back. Never received a call. The last time my account was charged was in August of 2022. Now here we areDecember and heres another charge. I speak to some today and she says that she can cancel but they are going to charge me ******!!! For what??! After the initial ****** plus ***** for 4 monthsthe bugs started to increase. They are scammers. Please do not do business with them.
