Excellent service. All of the staff and employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Hale’s for all of your electrical service. Hales services my Generac semi annually since they installed it. The team that comes to my home is always professional and courteous, providing excellent service on my Generac. I have had the good fortune to only need the Generac once, but it fired up immediately and ran perfectly. The service appointment was made timely with my 6 month service, and the team showed up when they planned to (no easy task where I live). Appreciate Hales and their whole team, from the courteous engaged person who answers the phone and answers my questions in the office, to the teams that service my equipment. I have been dealing with Hale's Electric Service since 2009 when I purchased my first Generac Generator. They have always been courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most important to me PROMPT when making a service call. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Hale's Electrical is a highly professional service. They never fail to notify me when my semiannual services are due. They are prompt and professional when performing these services. Have been doing business with Hales for several years and they are always professional, their techs are courteous and explain things if asked. The office staff are also professional and courteous and a pleasure to do business with when contacted. The Best of the Best! I only wished I had found Hale YES Generators before I had my whole-home generator installed. I would have indeed used them to install it. Yet, several years ago, I found **** at a Home and Garden Event in ******** and never let go. I have them perform semi-annual service on my generator, and they never forget to reach out to me to let me know they are coming. The friendliest and kind folks you will ever meet at the Home and Garden Event and in your yard when they are on the job servicing your generator. I do not worry; they have a 24/7 on-call technician available if your generator needs attention after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. I have not had to use this service, and my generator always comes on automatically when the power goes out and turns off when it is restored.
