    I purchased my home on June 23rd of 2023. I started calling immediately to have their gas tank removed from my property. I was assured that it would be picked up that week. The man that sold me the house has been calling too. He wants his money for the gas in the tank and I want the tank removed because it is old and a terrible eyesore to my renovated home. As of yesterday, 10/23/23, the manager told him that it would be Spring before the tank is removed. She said we should have called sooner if we needed the tank picked up. He told her that I had been calling since June. He even wants the tank moved to his new home and wants to continue service with them and they replied it would be Spring. Please help me make this company understand that this is not acceptable and to please remove their property from my land. I have called multiple times and the previous owner has called multiple times.

    The tank has been removed from this location as of 10/25/2023. Regarding the delay in removing the tank, we are understaffed and like the rest of the country, we have very little help. I have attached a copy of the customer agreement from the previous homeowner, which clearly states we must be notified by writing in big bold letters. We never received anything from either the new or previous homeowner in writing requesting the removal of the tank. We will also issue credit back to the previous homeowner for the gas that was unused. However, please be advised that the refund will take approximately 30 days. At this time, we cannot accommodate the previous owner's request to set a new tank (or bringing the existing tank) because I do not have a serviceman who can do this, which has been relayed repeatedly to the previous homeowner. I can NOT complete a job if I have no one to do the job. With the tank removed and credit issued back, we will consider this matter closed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, ***** ******
