Frontstream was engaged by a Director on our Board in 2022. She was sold that we could sell tickets for our event as well as have attendees register for the auction online. The process was SO COMPLICATED for our users that we abandon it as we were not selling tickets for our event. The amount of detail required for users was too extensive and the process too confusing for our fundraiser. The Director left the Board early in 2023. Frontstream aware that we were not using their tool, continued to bill us $995.00 a year. We are a small non-profit and that is an investment for us. When we saw the charge coming over again for 2024, we sent a note notifying Frontstream that we had not used the service and the Director in question had been asked to cancel it for us - and confirmed that she had cancelled. We continue to get emails from ***************** - threatening that we owe Frontstream another $995.00 as the contract was not cancelled. They have already been paid $995.00 for 2023 in which we believed it was cancelled and again after our conversation - are looking for another $995.00. This is just bad business and unscrupulous behavior by ***************** of their accounting department.

Our Customer Support team is always happy to help with any type of issue you may have.

Our client signed a contract in 2022 with terms of 1 year and then autorenewal for one (1) year periods, unless either party notifies the other party, in writing, that it does not want to renew the subscription at least 45-days before the end of the period.

Our Renewals Team also sent out two Friendly Reminders to ***************** on 4/12/4 and 5/8/24 about the renewal of their subscription which is 60 days and 30 days before the new term began and *** did not respond to any of these notices about cancellation of her active subscription with Frontstream.

Also, our Renewals Team sent a Friendly Reminder on 5/8/24 to *************************** which that person opened the email three times (3) on 4/12 and 5/8 without any response.

*** stated that this account was created by a director on their board who no longer there and they asked her to cancel this account over a year ago.  However, she could not provide us with the cancellation notice or a Confirmation Notice of cancellation.

Our charity was told we would be docked $25.00 per check unless we switched to paperless. They claimed it would be an "easy" process (ha). We submitted the personalized bank letter they requested and pres**ent's ** separately and were rejected because we d**n't submit them at the same time (we d**n't have the letter yet). Coinc**entally they rejected us just as another check was slated to go out. We will be contacting donors to urge them to donate to us directly to avo** so much of their money being eaten up by Frontstream's fees.
