Took them between 5-7 months to send me 5 violations when I have an EZPass and had one on my vehicle at the time of the violations. Emailed back and forth with them to try and reach a resolution, offered to pay the amount of each toll instead pf the $80+ they were now charging me. Stopped responding to my emails entirely. As busy as I am, forgot all about this conversation and now Im met with a $500+ charge. How can someone working hard to make ends meet in this economy afford a charge like this for driving on a ROAD. Disgusting company. Never taking this toll again and recommend everyone else the same.Review from Just’n F

I have an ezpass funny how it some how didnt read 3 times I went thru this toll I was charged 32$ for no apparent reason each time I drove two cars and ex pass picked up one but not the other seconds behind each other the staff is rude and customer service is trash they wanted to argue with and stated they would tack on 100$ if I took it to court dont trust these people I think its a scam and the tolls should be taken down we have a freedom to travelReview from Ronica W

I encourage everyone to avoid taking this toll. I was sent a bogus "missed toll" statement. Mind you, I have an EZPASS which has never been without funds. When I was finally able to get through and speak to someone, I was told that my vehicle's plate wasn't listed on my account. At this point, I had the same vehicle and transponder for almost one year and had not any any prior issues. The staff member pretended to be helpful by "adding" on my current vehicle (I suspect that someone there must have removed it). I contacted EZ pass directly and they informed me that Pocahontas had the responsibility of addressing and correcting this invoice, that never did happen. I have asked more than once to speak to someone in leadership but I have never been contacted. I finally obliged and paid the invoice today because I don't want to risk it ending up in collections, but I have made every effort to avoid taking this toll since they are dishonest. I am a medical provider and I provide services in a free clinic in *************, that is the only reason that I was regularly taking that toll but I now avoid it at all costs - even if that means waking up earlier and having a longer drive.Review from CM E

They are a Scam! Beware! ****** maps took me on this road though my ap is set to no tolls and it never said I would pay a toll and you have to take an exit to go through the booth otherwise the only way to go is straight and it is an electonic scan for a pass and if you don't have it they sent you a threatening **** for about $20 stating they will charge you $100 if you don't pay it and then add on courl fees, etc. When I called they stated they NEVER wave fees and that there is nothing wrong with their toll set up or signage that it is marked properly. I have never been on a confusing toll road where you have to take an exit to actually pay it.When I was on the road there were only 2 other cars the entire time probaly everyone else knew it was a trap, but me. I filed the complaint with ****** maps to try and get it fixed so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Beware. I see they have 1 star out of 8 customer reviews alreay.
