Victor recently completed a tile installation, using large format tile, in a 2nd floor shower. He is the most skilled craftsman I have used in decades. Victor did the work himself and didnt sub-out any of the work. He wanted to make sure everything was done properly.He started by preparing the bathroom area so all the dust from the tile removal was contained within a small area around the shower and then proceeded to cover the carpet, stairs and landings with either a plastic runner, drop cloths or a very high quality felt barrier on the hardwood areas, steps and landings. This type of protection extended until the walking path was outside of the house. He even installs a tack mat outside the bathroom door to remove any dust that is on shoes. All this preparation took about 3-4 hours. I have never had another tile installer do anything close to his type of dust preparation. No cleanup was necessary when the job was completed.After the old tile was removed, he repaired any water damaged areas and reinforced areas where needed. He uses ******** materials (the best), which are a little more expensive but when you cant see if water is leaking behind a wall, I dont want to use cheap material. Needless to say, he did an outstanding job with the tile installation. All the tiles were level, the grout lines were even, and the niche was installed impeccably. He quoted the job promptly and during the project he always texted me so I would know exactly when he would arrive at the house. Every aspect of his work is exceptional. In my experience, it is rare to find a craftsman at his level that is also good at communicating consistently with their customers. I HIGHLY recommend ********************** to do any type of tile work. When I remodel the 1st floor primary bathroom, Victor will be doing all the tile work.

I cannot adequately express my satisfaction with Victor and his tile work. He is everything that has become so hard to find professional, meticulous in his attention to detail, fair, honest, and sincerely concerned with his customers satisfaction. We found Victor through a friend who recommended him due to his detail-oriented nature. After meeting with several contractors Victor came to look at the job and we had no doubt he was who we wanted to trust our first tile project to just on how he presented himself. His pricing after receiving several quotes was very reasonable. If I had another tiling job, I would not bother checking with anyone else, would hire him again with no reservations.
