Can you give ZERO STARS?? Unprofessional people on the phone, no returned phone calls - even if their servicing of your furnace causes it to cease working - you will not get help, they will tell you they are calling you back and it'll be 3 days later after someone else has come to rescue you from freezing to death before anyone ever calls! Oil deliveries take forever, and you can't get a "heads up" call so you can open your fence that day, you must leave your yard open over night. Save yourself from the nightmare of dealing with these people, trust me, you'll be happier!Review from Amber H

I called and put my order in for propane over a week ago I was told at most 7 days out. I explained to her I have dogs and the gate is messed up so he needed to call so he could get the gas put in the tanks. He showed up and by the time my husband made it down stairs he was gone!! No call no knock not even an attempt!! I have been on the phone on and off all **** day to get zero answers ... They tell me when I call four minutes before closing he said it was undeliverable!!! How the h*** is it undeliverable if you didn't try ?!!! I have a newborn and three toddlers under five !! This is unacceptable!!Review from Jason H

I called letting them know the tank I bought was leaking when I opened it. The woman on the phone said the one that handles this left already and it was before 12 on Saturday. I called back Monday and the guy didn't want to do shit to help me get a different tank for the full one I have. The company is trash and never wants to make things right. Make sure you buy America's for now on. I am still stuck with a full tank which I can't do anything with unless I want to loose all my money. Company is trashvjust like their cylinders.

If the tank you purchased is leaking, please return it to the store you purchased it from for a replacement. If you have tried that and were unsuccessful, please call the office and ask for a supervisor. We are always happy to help a customer.Review from Jennifer T.

Terrible service!! My mother is a recent widow due to a tragic accident and now has PTSD. She is on automatic fill up and they haven’t been to her house to fill her propane since before Christmas. She called on February 7th and was told a delivery would be there on the 10th no delivery she called on the 11th and was told a delivery would be on Saturday the 12th still no delivery. She called on Monday the 14th and was told she would get a call back… today is the 20th and no one has called she is now down to less than 10 gallons of propane. This is ridiculous! If she runs out I will be making the phone calls to get this resolved!
