  Home serve sent this plumber out to possibly replace my hot water tank. He didnt come to evaluate size or type needed. He called me at 10 pm asking for a text pic on problem, which was 27 yr old leaking rust at top. Next morning he sent two installers who I let in side door to see location of tank . I didnt see the tank they had. I was outside doing other things. When they called me back to the bathroom where tank was located, they had the new tank hooked up looked at me and said your dryer over **** the door what do you want us to do? I said obviously the tank is too big take it out and get right siize. They said no they had it hooked up. I said I have to use thst door way to get to my bathroom I have no choice but take tge foot off. Knowing the installers were not going to help I got there boss on phone. He said you accrpted the tank when it was installed so no Im not taking it out.then he had a lane argument that they dont make different sizes. I have worked in const and kniw there are different dudes. He just didnt take time to do a good job or care how it affected the customer. Bad public relations not professional or knowledgabke. I need a tank thst fits and a repu plumber to install it. Home Serve warranty hired ************ but back the plumber and did not speak to me . I will be reporting them as well, because I thought they were trustworthy since they partner with ********************** Im 72 yr old and deserve respect for the needs of my home. I have never been treated so badly!!! Id like to not. I never signed anything with this company they said they would email me a invoice marked paid. I didnt get anything. . I feel that Dominion homeserve is also responsible they hired them and they paid them $1000. Supposedly and I assume they should have had some type of written agreement. I will be contacting ************** as partners with them on their responsibility. I have a call into the health plumbing inspector to come check the book up. Ive been told the wiring they did is not safe. I need your help
