    I placed an order on November 15th for a November 16th delivery. Today is November 17th and the $146.51 rainbow garden arrangement never arrived.I called to see what was going on around 8pm the night of the delivery to get a voicemail box that was full, and a voice prompt telling me to reply to my confirmation email. Well as of 10:52am Nov 17th all I got was a blank reply back... I can't leave a voicemail either... and I physically drove there and waited for nobody to ever show up.I have no idea what happened to the flowers I paid for, and no possible way to contact the business. So unfortunately I have to leave this review and charge back my purchase. It is a shame because the good reviews gave me some confidence. But I have paid $146.51 for nothing.I need that money back if I am not getting my flowers.

    Christopher Flowers was supposed to provide my husband and I with fresh flowers for our wedding on June 24, 2023, at 11 AM no later than 1 PM. We paid for the services in 2 installments in advance via Cashapp. The first payment was for $1,064.50 on September 18, 2022, and the second payment was $1,144.50 on March 4, 2023. We paid a total of $2,209. On our wedding day Christopher lacked communication and arrived to the venue at 4:30 PM when our ceremony was supposed to start. The rushed and setup the flowers and left while one of the workers were supposed to stay behind and move a couple of the arrangements to the reception area. My husband and I were devastated from the beginning of our day when we reached out to the florist several times just to get a time for arrival. We let the florist know how we were disappointed in the services and professionalism. Christopher mentioned that he would compensate us $500 and months has passed since. He refused our phone calls. I reached out to Christopher again on August 1, 2023 about the $500 promised and he said we would get it by Sunday. Sunday came and no money has been sent. I'm requesting the $500 refund promised to us.
