Buyer beware this place is gotta be the biggest pack of lying worthless will not call you back POS that I have ever come across there was maybe one person that I spoke with that was actually decent and did what they said not one of them are a person of the word oh, Ill call you back. No, they never do. Anyways after being told 4 to 5 weeks eight weeks later, I decided I was done. Oh excuse me it was only seven weeks later I was done, and I just wanted my money back, thank God for one decent customer service guy who told me he would have it handled and send me an email verifying it which he did ***** so for that I am grateful but I do not recommend putting your money out unless youre willing to just kiss it goodbye for a while, and then deal with what the rest of these people did..Review from jerry m

We have installed Remans Unlimited transmissions, & transfer cases for 4 years at ****** ********************* **** The products are of good quality and we have had a low rate of comebacks or warranty claims. When there is a warranty concern, Remans Unlimited is prompt to make it right and concerned about our inconvenience. The deliveries are on time and the drivers are courteous and quick to pick up cores. My sales person is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The reason we prefer to install and recommend Remans Unlimited components is the consistency and high quality of their products and we recommend this brand to our customers.Review from Ron B.

In my opinion the true test of a company is not only to have things go right ,but how it reacts when things go wrong, my trans failed after only **** miles I filed a warranty claim and waited,,,,,," time passes" and nothing I began to have visions of legal battles or what my rights even were never having purchased an expensive item out of state before, I called Reman Unlimited it took a while but I finally got through and it turns out my warranty claim never showed up on their server ."The best war won,,, is one without battles" they had me refile my claim they responded quickly when they received it. I was asked to talk to a tech I explained what happened he said that he was sorry for my problems and asked if "a new trans with no shipping cost" would work I can't tell you how relieved I was. As soon as I knew a new trans was on the way I started to pull the failed trans out I no sooner had the trans out when the new one arrived My faith had been restored not only did I receive a new trans I found they had sent enough trans fluid for the install I am confident this trans will work. As far as I'm concerned I wouldn't buy anywhere else because I feel secure in my purchase. Thank you Reman Unlimited. ********************* / ******* Transmissions
