            I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a disturbing and potentially dangerous incident involving one of your drivers on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, around 3:23 p.m. The incident occurred on ******************* in ***********, **, just outside of ************************** I was driving with my children when I encountered one of your trucks in a situation that caused significant stress and concern for our safety.The driver of the 18-******* truck, which was operated by Swift Transportation, rapidly entered the turn lane and pulled directly in front of me, blocking my ability to turn left into the ****************** shopping center. I attempted to assess the situation and check for any oncoming traffic, but the size of the 18-******* obstructed my view of the road, making it impossible to determine whether it was safe to turn. At that point, I remained stationary, with my children in the back seat, feeling increasingly unsafe and frightened. I took a photo of the truck, including the driver and license plate, for documentation purposes.The situation worsened when the truck driver began to inch forward, closing the gap between our vehicles and leaving virtually no space between us. At this point, I was left with no choice but to call the Castle Hills Police Department at 3:25 p.m. for assistance, fearing that the situation would escalate further. While I waited, traffic continued to flow on both sides of the road, and I remained stuck in the turn lane, unable to safely maneuver my vehicle.Ultimately, I had to reverse my car within the turn lane and proceed forward before making a left turn into a plaza located a block further north than I had originally intended. After this, the truck continued southbound on *********** Highway without making the original turn that had blocked my path.This incident not only caused unnecessary distress for myself and my children but also posed a serious safety hazard.

            The trucking school named Swift Transportation has committed fraud against me. I paid ***** dollars for a *************************************************************************************************** certificate of completion when I completed the program they wouldn't have sent that information to DMV VIRGINIA UNLESS I PASSED. I went through the **** PROGRAM with them as well this happen in October 2022 I want BBB to be aware of this company and want to file a lawsuit this company has hurt me financially and I was unable to get a job in trucking because I could not present them a certificate from a trucking school where I got my class A license from them.

            I received your message and I have not received a callback from the company named Swift Transportation regarding my case. I have filed another report with the Attorney General recently please keep my case open it has not been resolved

            I do not owe Swift Transportation any money. This collection account is on my credit file with a collection agency by the name of **************************************************************************., stating I owe $5500. I had to get the *** of Georgia involved because I was discriminated against and treated unfairly. This account should have never been placed on my credit file in the beginning, and I am just finding out about this issue. This debt, for one, is not valid, and I have not had any business dealings or association with this company, Swift Transportation, in 7 long years, since 2016. They did not allow me to complete this program due to their examiner, who did not properly test me. I am demanding this account be removed from my credit file at all bureaus immediately. I had never heard from this company or Swift until I checked my credit file. There was no validation of any debt of any kind. And They cannot produce any signature or any document stating I owe this balance, and it has been 7 years.
