I am writing to formally complain about Dealers Outlet at ******************************************************* regarding the purchase of a 2009 ***** Corvette on November 22, 2023. I am deeply dissatisfied with the car's condition and the dealership's subsequent service. On November 23, 2023, just one day after buying the vehicle, I encountered multiple issues, making the car unsafe and unreliable. These include a failing ******** inspection, a gas leak, an oil leak, a loose steering column, a broken radiator support, and a persistent check engine light.I returned the car to Dealers Outlet on December 9, 2023. Sadly, as of today, the dealership has been unable to resolve these issues. Adding to my frustration, the dealership has demanded that I pay for gas leak and oil leak repairs.I've attached repair order copies outlining the dealership's unsuccessful repair attempts. On December 20, 2023, a mechanic named ****** called, insisting I pay $2,100 for repairs, framing it as a "favor."Despite my requests to return the car, ****, the salesperson, responded ambiguously, saying, "I don't know about that; I'll call you back." Subsequent calls to the dealership have been unanswered or met with "I'm with a customer."I'm now stuck with an unsafe vehicle and an uncooperative dealership. I believe this requires immediate attention to protect my consumer rights.I request a thorough investigation and appropriate action against Dealers Outlet, either to resolve the vehicle issues or facilitate a refund of my purchase. A swift resolution would prevent further inconvenience and financial hardship.

1/ 9/ 2023, went into business to look at vehicle, loan process started before vehicle ever looked at or knowledge of problems associated. I worked with Employee ****, after loan was APPROVED i was notified that "a couple of things" needed to be fixed to pass inspection the things listed were a break light and exhaust that needed to welded/fixed to pass inspection. The agreement was then made wit **** that I would be responsible for half the cost to fix. Employee **** was to schedule work and call to have me drop off, I never heard back from employee I called several times to have issue fixed, never heard back. I finally spoke with ***** who got me in touch with **** who is said to be supervisor, he was explained the issues and agreement with his previous employee, he then agreed to fix brake light and exhaust, appt was scheduled car dropped 10 am left all day, mechanic ******* was to complete work and have inspected, I called around 530 pm same day he told me car was ready, i arrived at location to find car was not inspected, ******* states he did not have time to get inspected today and he would give me call with appt for inspection, call never received. I then called back and spoke with ****, was told to take to ******* automotive, car was inspected but no passed due to the exhaust "being puttied". I still have not received my car tags, i have been given a second set of temp tags which expired 3/10/23, I have called several times to speak with **** and *******, still no return call. Rejected inspection sticker hidden in glove box at time of purchase. I paid down payment of ****. title and tags 303., ***** for half repair cost ,to find putty was used. I am not even sure this is a real business and regret the day i walked through their door.

I brought a 2008 Lexus is250 VIN:***************** April of 2022. My problem with them is that they have never retitled the vehicle in their business name after purchasing it from whoever/when ever they got it. I decided to sell the vehicle with the impression that they did were they supposed to do. I got the lien removed from my bank and the lien has been cleared for 3 days through DMV's system. DMV told me the reason I cant retitle it in my name is because the dealership failed to do their part and retitle the car. Mind you, I brought the car 4/2022 so who knows when they got the car and how long that car was just sitting on their lot. I have contacted their office 3 days in a row and each day I've spoken to the same unemphatic receptionist that told me "*****" will be in Thursday(2/16/2023) I called that exact day just for the same girl to tell me that this ***** person will not be in till Friday(2/17/2023). So the bigger issue, aside from being lied to and not shown an ounce of empathy and their unprofessionalism. There is someone who has agreed to pay thousands of dollars for a car they cant even drive due to the dealerships unprofessionalism and dropping the ball by not retitling a car they brought out of state and titling it into their name.

I entered an agreement to buy a 2006 Chevrolet corvette. I initially paid a $1k down payment, then 2 more payments totalling $21500 paying all but $1,ooo. When I arrived, the car was NOT as represented. They agreed to make all the repairs but through conversations w staff, I discovered several lies and discrepancies. I asked to refund my money. The owner, Zak, sent me an agreement to sign canceling the contract and agreed to refund my money. It took several phine calls, emails and jumping through hoops to get any money. When he sent a check, it was all but $500 of my money and REFUSED to pay the additional money owed. I have all documentation I can scan and add to this report.
