60’X50’ DREAM COME TRUE! Steve @ Garage & Shed Supply is THE MAN! I have received countless compliments on the building he helped me design. Thanks to Steve and the amazing work the install team @ Car Ports did, I get to pull into my driveway everyday after work with a smile on my face as I pull into the building they built for me. I’ve worked in heavy steel manufacturing my whole life and like to think I have a pretty good eye for quality. This crew has it, GREAT customer service start to finish, Steve & the install crew work 14-16hrs a day if need be to get the job done and done right. I threw a few curve balls last minute design wise and these guys didn’t complain, they explained. What I was asking charge wise made their job a little harder and instead of doing it they explained what should be done to do it right and trust me it was a lot more work for them…. But they did it, on the Bible they made the changes on the fly and NEVER charged me a penny more!!! This is a longest review I’ve ever done on anything, reason being is because they went the extra mile for me and literally made my dream come true. How could a garage mean so much to me??? My wife and I bought our first home, 6 months later we lost our original detached garage to a lithium battery fire. We were awarded a very little insurance payout compared to the value of what we lost, underinsured. I lost **** near everything considering we were still getting settled. Every tool, quad, boat, lawn mower, motorcycle, so much stuff was lost. I had to pull in my driveway everyday after work for 4 months and look at a pile of ashes. I spend a lot of time in the garage working on my vehicles, projects you name it. Steve worked with me and the small insurance payout amount we did receive and somehow gave me something that was so much better then I could have ever expected. If your on the fence looking for a trustworthy crew who builds quality building then Garage & Shed Supply is your answer!!!

Horrible experience. Bought my building from ** but apparently was doing business with these folks, unbeknownst to me, until my build was cancelled at the final hour, with claims for the following day, followed by an email extending it to a week, followed by a phone call to say 4 more days. To say that this screwed up my own business schedule is an understatement, and the attitudes that came with were abhorrent. ..should be interesting see what happens going down, but I would never recommend this business to anyone

Ms. ****, Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry your building installation was delayed by 3 days. It can be very frustrating to have a change in schedule and then have to reschedule your plans that were lined up to complete work on your building once installed. As described in the email sent to you Saturday, there is a normal variance of scheduling depending on how long the building before yours takes to be installed. In this case they originally delayed by one day due to the project before yours taking a little longer than planned. The additional reschedule for two more days was due to the storm. As you can imagine, in hurricane season, it is difficult to install a building during the weather. As our teams install buildings in 21 different states, they travel all over the east coast to install buildings and were therefore impacted by the storms causing additional slight delays. I understand that even after this was communicated with you via phone, that it can still be frustrating in delaying your project. Our sales office is located in Ringgold, VA, but we do use multiple vendors, some of those in NC and thus the scheduling calls for your building came from the NC team that was installing. I’m so glad they were able to get your building up, even though it was delayed by 3 days. We appreciate you being a customer and hope you enjoy your building!

I worked with Steve on my building project, easy to communicate with offered some suggestions in the planning stage. I was kept updated through the process! The crew showed up on time and worked diligently through completion. The crew was polite and did a good job of cleaning up the work site after they were done. Very satisfied with the overall experience and the building g turned out exactly as expected! I would highly recommend working with Steve and his crew, and will definitely do so for any future building needs.

Working with Steve ***** was a very pleasant experience right from the beginning of our process. He was patient, answered all my questions, sent color samples and accurately described the quality of the product and the process for completion of the project. Steve is the reason I chose to work with his company, and now that the project is complete, I'm glad I did.

We were recommended to talk to Steve at garage and shed supply by my dad who had just had a metal garage built thru him in *******. My build, however was in ****. I had talked to several other companies and challenged Steve to quote my build. To be fully transparent, he was not able to “beat” my lowest quote. However, he walked me thru the entire quote and fairly pointed out and explained to me some of the big differences in all the quotes. Trust me when I say not all metal buildings are created the same. Step by step he explained nearly every issue people can have with this process and walked me thru the steps they use to avoid those issues or guided me to what I needed to do to personally avoid them. Honestly it was a small price to pay to work with an up front and honest professional! My build was suppose to be up in 2-4 weeks. It ended up pushing out to about 8 weeks after my pad was ready. While this wasn’t ideal - I fully understood this was the manufacture/installer issue and not a Garage and supply. I couldn’t be more happy with the install crew that put my garage up and had absolutely no issue, besides it running a few weeks behind. Installer showed up on first scheduled day at 8:00 am bright eyed and bushy tailed! All in all I would highly recommend Steve and garage shed and supply! Working with professional's who are readily available to answer all your questions and address all your issues are worth more than their weight in gold. Consider us highly satisfied!! It was a pleasure working with Steve ***** through the purchase and building process of our 30x70x14 Steel Shop/Garage. Steve was always available when I, or my wife had questions and advice. The crew that erected the building was very nice and professional, our buildings was finished in no time. The durability of the structure is pretty solid, they performed a great job. On a cold February night after experiencing a devastating fire that destroyed all of our outbuildings, this 76 year young woman Googled metal buildings with no clue what I was doing. My husband has been fighting cancer for several years so as not to burden him I took it upon myself to complete this project. So I chose 5 companies to get a quote for what I thought we needed, a shop, storage and garage all in one building with walls to separate. I am looking for best price for the design I chose which was an enclosed ******** ****, quality of product, color, delivery time, prompt response to my initial call and Steve ***** of Garage and Shed Supply was definitely the winner. From the initial call to the finished product call he was always available. I even had to bother him on weekends and time off. He gave me many quotes as I changed my mind many times with many questions and he answered every one and took the time to go into great detail. I received the building two weeks ahead of schedule from ******** ********* ***. Javi and his crew that installed it was top notch working 15 hour days in 100+ degree temps diligently to make it happen. He also was pleasant to work with. It has been an exceptional experience from beginning to end with Steve ***** not just being a salesman but following thru the entire project. For all of these reasons I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I stopped by Garage &Shed Supply and was helped by Chris ******** in buying our new shed a 8 - 12 with double doors and 2 windows. He was very helpful in every way and shed was cheaper than other dealers. We received our shed today and setup was perfect.
