            The contract dated 5/1/2023 was a result of hail damage to my home and out building. A partial payment was made toward roofing materials. All work has been completed however I have been trying to get an invoice that I can send to my insurance company in order to the balance of my claim so I will be able to pay this contractor for the complete job.

            All final invoices were sent April 24th as well as a revised estimate to insurance, we as a contractor are responsible for the work which was more than completed in a timely manner. If insurance would have gotten their quote correct upon inspection none of the other paper work would have been necessary. We use a third party for insurance paper work (supplements) and are at their mercy in timing to when revised or correct insurance estimates can be completed.

            I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Good afternoon. I would like to reopen the above complaint number, the contractor has not communicated with me since 6/20/2024. I have spoken to ***** **** ********* and they require: "We would just need documentation of final invoice, certificate of completion -or- a signed contract."I relayed this to the contractor and as of the date of this email it has not been completed. This is holding up the payment check being issued so the contractor can be paid and the insurance company has notified me that we only have until April 2025 to close this issue out. I am concerned that if this issue is not resolved before then and the contractor attempts to collect payment after that date, I will not be able to access the insurance funding.Sincerely,***** ********
