  Service was done on 3/15/23, paid a total of 190 dollars, 94 for alignment, 96 for rotate n balance the tires, the service adviser named ****** ******** called me after the service was completed, upon arrival he showed me how much the front end was out on paper and said 2 of the tires were wore a lot but had plenty of life left on them and would pass inspection easily, forward to 4/5/23, I went around the truck looking at the tires and seen two of them were completely bald across the middle of the 2 tires, I went back down to the business on 4/7/23 and got Mr. ******** to come out and look at the two tires, he said they were fine even after I got a 2nd opinion before I visited ****** in which another auto repair center said they would fail inspection. He ask what I wanted, I said I thought I should be refunded for the rotating n balance charge of 96 dollars, not the alignment charge of 94 since it did need it. I told him that now I had to go buy new tires and pay again for mounting n balancing, he again asked what I wanted, I responded that I thought he should work with me on this, I told him someone should've called me and made me aware of how bad the 2 tires were so I could've at least had the option to not rotate n balance done until new tire were bought. Ive used this business a lot of times with zero issues until now, bottom line is I believe they deceived me on this, all it would have took was a phone call and I would have paid them to put news tire on the truck.
