Over the course of 2023 we’ve dealt with ****, at first he seems to want to help us out. He issued us 30 day plates, they ran out in March, dealing with him trying to get the hard copy license plates took over 5 months to get. We got our official registration in September of 2023. That is after visits to his location, going to DMV, filing a complaint with DMV. And then after the DMV contacted **** is when we received our plates. During this time I didn’t insure the vehicle cause the DMV told me the vehicle wasn’t in my name, I ended up with a SR22 and had to pay to get my license reinstated($144 & $600), and a increase in insurance cost. I have paid him a roughly $5200 dollars over the course of 2023. He sold the vehicle for $4800 on our copy of agreement. (Picture is attached). He has also posted it sold for $5700 on another online site.(Picture is attached). Now today 12/1/2024, he sent a repo service come to get my vehicle. He stated we owe him $900 and $400 repo fee in order to get the vehicle back. Now I’m going to list a couple more issues I have dealt with while dealing with Bobs Car Corner. - [ ] His office is open when he feels like being there - [ ] He doesn’t communicate, we call the office he doesn’t answer - [ ] He lied and told me that our seats were being cleaned and he never had any for our van ended up have to get a seat from a junk yard - [ ] He told us the vehicle had a oil change and all features works which was a lie (driver side window doesn’t work, A/C doesn’t work) - [ ] He stated paying with a card charges almost $50 dollars to process payments - [ ] He had us drive 1 hour 7 minutes (46 miles) 5 times in a week for the seats 2 of those days he wasn’t open and the other days he didn’t have the seats.

Attached is a copy of the bill of sale for Mr. ****** and Ms. ********* on a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country van bought on March 1st 2023 for $5995 / $2000 down with 16 payments of $300 a month. Attached is also a copy of payment history without any white out or blockages showing that DMV fees wasn't paid until August and the vehicle was repossessed in February 2024 for none payment. I have explained to both Mr. ****** and Ms. ********* that the $4800 figure is the amount owed after down payment and DMV fees (tax, tag & title) and the $300 payment will be deducted from that amount. Records show that only ONE payment has been made since the first repossession in February. Another repossession order was issued again earlier this month. After speaking with them after the vehicle was voluntarily release back the the repossession agent I was nice enough to release the vehicle back to them for $750 not the full amount due. This vehicle was purchased in March 2023 and was supposed to be paid off July 2024. Here we are about to go into 2025 and this account still has an outstanding balance of $975. My hours of operation are Tuesday thur Friday 12 to 6 which is clearly posted and registered with VIADA. A processing fee of 4% is also applied to any card payment which is also posted, so them trying to make a $900 payment over the telephone was an additional $50 therefore the drove down was still short however I released the vehicle back to them for $750. I apologize for any misunderstanding however I have tried to make it perfectly clear on any different occasions with copies of payments and numerous phone calls try to collect payment. Thanks for your time and consideration with this matter.Bob's Car Corner**** *******
