    In March 2024 we purchased a RO and Water Softener system. The drain for the RO system runs constantly in the kitchen drain, which should have not been installed in this location, in addition we were supposed to receive a testing kit when installed. We had to call 3 times before we were called back to schedule an appointment to move the drain to the basement and come out to test our water. Hailey indicated she would mail us a kit to test our water in June, to date we still have not received this. When the first appointment was made no one ever showed up, when we called back we were told we were not on the schedule. When they finally showed up in July after several additional calls the test showed our water still has massive hardness bleed through. The individual that serviced the system and moved the drain was very helpful and indicated the settings on our system were not adjusted appropriately. On the ticket they indicated the need for a courtesy retest. We have called again multiple times only to be told Matthew or Alan would be in touch. We have also went to this location for assistance. We have been waiting for a couple weeks for a phone call. Your organization should be ashamed of yourselves. The money we have spent on a system that as your salesman told us would make a world a difference has done nothing but cause aggravation.

    Good morning Sir! I am the General Manager for Culligan of Salem. I first want to thank you for your honesty and candor in your review. I am so very sorry to hear your frustrations. This is in no way the way we desire to perform business for our customers. I have taken some time to review your account with us and the I hate to admit it, but you are right, shame on us! This should have never gotten to this point. Of course, I cannot change the past in what has happened here, but I can set the proper direction going forward and address your concerns very directly. There is clearly a concern here with the quality of your water, and I promise you that we will get to the bottom of it for you! I have directly requested that my Sales Supervisor, Matt, to contact you and arrange to visit with you. I have asked him to do so within the next day or two. Once he is able to meet with you and test your water again, I asked that he report his findings back to me so that I can see to it that the next step, if necessary, is done in a timely and productive fashion. You have trusted us to help you with your water needs, and so far we have not lived up to that standard. I personally will see to it that we do in fact live up to that standard going forward.     It took 2.5 months to get a site visit coordinated to get them to complete what they had committed to before they got our money. The first appointment I waited over two hours and no one showed up. When I called the tech said he had called to tell me the road conditions were too bad. The same road I drove my ****** ******* to and from the appointment site. A second appointment was made. Two hours later we're still waiting for them to show up.

    Update on my review of Stoner Culligan. After speaking by email with the owner and receiving my lead and nitrite results I would like to upgrade my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. I obviously said things under duress which I regret. However insure you know the ins and outs of well testing as on my test the samples were taken in the incorrect location in my house and proper collection protocol was not performed. I'm positive with a little corrective training that Matthew ******  a very pleasant young man could be a productive integral part of your business.
