Don't go to this comp if u need oils there very rude and combative and they think there always rite and we customers are wrong they lie make lies up about there customers go read al thebad reviews about this company and watch how quick they reply with there lies about the customer they won't ever make a customer happy this is one greedy and rude comp IF U NEED A REFUND CAL UR BANK LIKE I DID Also it's takes them a Rediclous amount of time to ship I been order from them and it always took them aleast 10 to 12 to ship even when it's not a holiday GO TO ****** ****** that comp wil work with there customers and aren't rude or combative I just order and got my order and one of the oil doesn't smell anything like it did before it smell mad weak like it was oil down I messaged them again I'm the lair they don't care about there customers if it wasn't for us there *** wouldn't be in business I hope this place goes out of business because of how they treat there customers it's Rediclous IT makes me wonder if they treat everyone one like this or just certain ppl....Scented Expressions Supplies, LLC Response

Customer reached out stating the fragrance the received was an entirely different fragrance. Conversation is below hi my name is Trista ****** i just open the sol de janeiro 71 and why dont it smell like it did in the past it smell like the bum bum 62 which i didnt order i wanted the 71 because it smell stronger and this is so weak smell nothing like it did in the past i order 71 a couple of times it always smell so so good but this time its different just wanted to reach out to onform yous and i hope uses can make it rite ..i have no reason to lie i never ever complained before and im not now just would love to have what i order THANK YOU TRISTA Good afternoon, Thank you for reaching out. May we get a photo of the label and the date at the bottom please?Thank you for those photos. Regulatory has pulled scans and the retaining preweighs from that day and Brazilian crush was most definitely poured and weighed for that date. This was our last reply as the customer began to get extremely rude with us. Ok well I'm telling u something wrong with mind why would I lie u ppl.do this to all ur customers ur the only company that never doesn't anyth to make there customers happy or care it's bad enough u take mad long to ship its Rediclous how u ppl treat ur customers thata ok I get a refund from my bank and u lost me as a customer like u care use are the rudest company thats why uses have so many bad reviews and I'm Def going to give use bad reviews on all the site . We have a scanning system that the packer must scan the order, then scan the item they are going to weigh, to that order, then fill the order, the order is then scanned into the fulfillment system. If the correct item is not scanned the system gives a sound, you must reenter the product code, and must be overrode before you can continue on. This helps ensure the correct item is being filled for the order, and then the correct item being shipped to the customer. The system saves all over rides to ensure someone did not over ride the incorrect product and it cab be gone back to, to see what product was entered during the full process. Processing times are TYPICALLY 1-6 business days, however, tend to be a bit longer during peak seasons, holidays, or sales. The 2 fragrances that I bought smelled so bad that I had to put them in the outside trash to avoid throwing up I requested a refund and good luck with that. My advice is to not trust this company because they scammed me with an awful product with no refund with horrific customer service and delayed shipping.Scented Expressions Supplies, LLC Response

This customer currently has an open chargeback stating they didn't receive their products. Prior to shipping their order they were extremely rude about their order when they reached out 2 days after placing it. Pls cancel this order because it hasn't shipped yet. Order #****** was placed on July 31, 2024 and is currently Awaiting Fulfillment. When we informed them we were short staffed due to our team being out sick with covid: Good evening, We apologize for the delay in processing orders. We are down to only 2 people due to our employees being out sick with covid. We are approx 12 business days out on processing, not including weekends, holidays, or transit times. Please bear with us. We are processing orders as quickly as possible. We ask for some patience and understanding at this time. Once again, we do apologize for any inconvenience. They replied SORRY ABOUT YOUR TROUBLES BUT ARE YOU KIDDING ME....I WANT A REFUND NOW!!!!! I WILL CONTACT MY BANK.I do not have to wait another 12 days not including weekends for this order. UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT A REFUND IS DUE IMMEDIATELY AND YOU SHOULD POST ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT SHIPPING WILL BE DELAYED FOR MORE THAN 3 WEEKS BECAUSE OF WHATEVER. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL. SIMPLY REFUND THE MONEY TO MY CC. Right after their order shipped they opened a chargeback and we have not reached out since their last email. The product's purchased are 3 of top 25 selling fragrances. I received my order with bottles leaking all over the box. I messaged customer service and was asked to take more pictures and weigh the bottles. I was also told the "how could the bottles leak when they are heat sealed?" And "we don't tape lids closed because they are heat sealed". The email was rude and acquisitive to me. I sent all the pictures as requested. She sent me a **** link as she said it's their problem not hers, and the link she sent didn't work. I never asked for a refund or replacement and said I wasn't going to file with **** as that's too much on my end for receiving a damaged order. I told her that I felt like she was harassing me as she had multiple emails to me about seaks never leak. I then posted on a scrub page on FB as I was so put off by how I was treated and wanted advice. Melissa, assuming the owner, posted all the emails messages and attacked me publicly. She also said she got the emails from another post but I never posted or shared elsewhere. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and after waiting weeks for the order to come. I feel this warrants a public notice to stay away for this lady and company!!Scented Expressions Supplies, LLC Response

Customer placed their order on April 24th and shipped May 1st, which is not weeks for it to ship. It was 5 business days. Customer reached out and stated: Hello, I just received my order # ****** and it arrived leaking all over and saturated the box. I took a picture and every bottles lid was loose. I had also requested the lids to be taped but none of them were taped and there was no packing either. Thank you Andrea, we replied moments later: Good evening, We apologize your package arrived damaged. If you could please send photos of all 4 sides of the box, top, bottom, label, a photo upon opening, a photo of the damaged items, and a photo of the damaged items on a scale with their weights and lids off. We do not tape our lids because we use heat induction lids to seal every bottle. We apologize for any inconvenience. Shipping then followed up: Good morning, We do apologize your package was damaged in transit. You can process your claim by clicking on the following link ************************************* There you can upload your order information and process your claim. We will work with the shipment company once they reach out for more information. We do not process claims for packages delivered **** since we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items. Also, do not discard any packaging material, boxes, damaged items ect as the shipping company will request a package inspection. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Their response Hello I sent a message on your website but I haven't heard anything yet. I received my order and it was leaking all over. The seals were on the bottles but all the caps were loose, bottles wet, and not taped. Our reply Good evening, We sent 2 emails, one in response to your first email and then a second email. If the seals were on the bottles, then how did they leak? The lids aren't what prevents leaking, it's the actual seal that prevents the bottles from leaking. That is why we do not tape our bottles, because they are heat induction lids which prevents leakage during any type of transit. We have attached the previous 2 emails. We do once again apologize for any inconveniences. RESPONSE Thank you for sending the screenshots as I didn't see this response. I can't answer how a bottle would leak if it is heat sealed but I have a package from you that has leaked all over and since I prefer to get what I pay for, I always request the lids to be taped to avoid this type of situation. I can also say the glass bottle of Tangerine was not heat sealed and the lid was not taped closed. I took pictures as requested and weighed each bottle without lids as requested and sending in a separate email. OURS Good morning, We do apologize your package was damaged in transit. RESPONSE The link sent says file not found when I click on it. I am not going to go to that much work to get what should've not occurred in the first place resolved. OURS Good evening, The link is to file a claim, not to follow a claim. As you can see we do seal our bottles to prevent leakage. Tape will not prevent leaking in transit. We have been in business since 2017 and tape never ever worked when we started out. The only thing that works is heat sealing, not even plugs work. As per terms and conditions accepted during checkout, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items in transit. It also states we are not responsible for filing a damage claim per ****, that is the responsibility of the customer. We do cooperate with the shipping company when a claim is filed and they reach out to us for documents. Attached is testing of a sealed bottle. As you can see sealed bottles are impossible to bust open with a 200lb man stomping on them. She then states after posting on social media (email Hello I said the link you sent doesn't work. The fact is the items leaked and I did as you asked and provided the photos. I feel like I'm being harassed. I simply reported that my order is unsatisfactory and the product/s you sent leaked. I'm ending this conversation. Social Media Anyone have issues with Scented Expressions customer service? I recently ordered and received my fragrances leaking so I messaged customer service with pictures. The response was - "how can our bottles leak when they are heat sealed?" I even requested the lids be taped and they said "we don't tape because we heat seal." Then they said I should file a complaint with **** and they aren't responsible. I've rarely had issues with any of the suppliers I use but this response was just rude and not helpful and after waiting so long. I'm so off put by this response and wonder if I should just not do business with them anymore. Terms and conditions on our website do state we are not responsible for lost, damaged, missing items. Since the customer stated the seals were intact, we feel the wet box was caused by the ****. not caused by us not packaging the fragrances properly.Review from Katherine V

I really love their products (huge selection) and pricing. I actually buy a lot of soaping, candle and freshie supplies from them. Their fragrance oils are fantastic, always nice and strong. Their prices are the best I've seen which, in turn, helps me keep my pricing reasonable for my customers. I've only had one very minor issue with an order and the customer service team fixed it immediately to my satisfaction.Review from Janice P

Processing times are always posted in the cart where they must be accepted prior to being able to leave that page, they must be acknowledged on the shipping options page prior to being able to leave that page, they are listed in the payments options page where the terms set forth on that page must be accepted prior to being able to finish your order. Processing times are also posted on the home oage of our website. Your Aug 8th order shipped within 5 business days of ordering, your Jul 1st order shipped within 7 business days, your Jun 1st order shipped within 5 business days, your Mar 24th order shipped within 10 business days, your Feb 4th order shipped within 10 business days. Your last order there was a delay, however our staff was out sick the covid/flu and in the process we did have a death in our family, in which we did have someone make a social media post letting customers know we would be closed due to that death.
