Great for vacationing if ur not paying dues for the public to come in. They make it hard to sell or pass down to family. Why should I pay dues and for nightly stays while the public comes in for small fee?Review from Kristy H

The resort will have your family (with children) sleep with a live bat in unit and tell you how to deal with them on your own with no other option to relocate you to another unit. Not an uncommon occurrence with bats in units (per maintenance) and no protocol in place to safely remove them. Highly unsafe and unsanitary! The bat was removed the following day by maintenance with a pool net. We lost a nights worth of sleep because turning off lights and opening doors is what we were informed to do out of concern with additional bats/wild animals entering the unit we stayed awake all night. Luckily, as far as we know, no one was bitten. Rabies vaccinations from what I understand are painful, drawn out and costly. Definitely, a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at our resort. Our Reservations Director offered to move the guest, offered multiple passes and a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the inconvenience. We are actively reviewing our procedures to better manage such situations and to enhance our response protocols. Dealing with a federally protected species requires care and thought. Our staff offered instruction on how the animal may be removed that night. We were able to remove the animal the following morning. We would very much like the opportunity to welcome you back to our resort and provide you with a more positive experience.Review from Dominic J

A dump, cluttered by old unused (if not abandoned) campers.
