On 11/16/24, I negotiated a deal for my Grandson to purchase a vehicle from Priority Toyota in Springfield. We agreed on the Out the door price and signed the purchase agreement. We let the finance Business Manager (****** ******) check and see if Toyota Motor Credit had a better rate than what we were pre approved for. On Monday 11/18, ****** texted me and said My Grandson was approved for a 4.99% rate. After calling for 2 weeks, trying to get the paperwork, which was supposed to be emailed to us. By this time we received a payment amount from Toyota Motor Credit, in which the payoff amount was $1200 more that we agreed to. Went back to the Dealership on 11/30/24, to find out that the Business Manager (****** ******) added ************* ($1200) to the purchase without my approval and electronically forged my Grandsons name to the purchase agreement. He tried to act like it was NO BIG DEAL!! Stated that he emailed us the paperwork, but sent it to the wrong email address (even though we sent him an email with the paystubs he requested). He did the paperwork too give us credit for the $1200. Well see how long it takes to get that credit. What I didnt like, was the fact that he tried up charge us for something we didnt ask for or agree to. Very shaky Business Practices going on at this location. Wouldve rated them a ZERO IF AVAILABLE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a slightly used 2023 Jeep from them (only 900 miles), which was supposed to be stock. It wasn't, I noticed it was lifted when I got there (over an hour from my house). I decided to purchase anyway. I took the Jeep to my local mechanic to inspect it and they said the alignment was so poorly done that if I had hit a pothole the tires would have fallen off. The dealer had no response to this. The alignment also had ruined the two front tires which cost over $500 each to replace (37" tires). The **** failed Maryland inspection, which the dealer said was up to me to pay for the corrections. I also found a $2,000 charge they added into the purchase agreement, calling it a tire and wheel package. I knew nothing about this and requested a refund. I was told it would **** *-8 weeks. I contacted them after that time and got a continuous run-around. It has been another 10 weeks and still no refund; I don't expect I'll ever see that money again. Never buy from this dealer, they are thieves and liars.

This is the worst car dealership ever. They ask people to make a down payment on a car and the next day they will call you to tell you that you were not approved and they will refund you. They will keep your money. This is why they don’t accept cash payments so that they can manipulate unsuspecting customers to thinking they got a refund back to their card. It is been 3 months since I made a down payment and Toyota Priority Springfield have not refunded me my down payment!. I went there and I was told that the team member who took the payment from me did not have it recorded on the system. I was not even given a receipt after I made payments. Beware of these unscrupulous dealers. They don’t have a refund policy and they don’t issue receipts.

Any time you go onto the sales floor, even single person is on their phones which their head down. 4 times I went to that place in hopes to buy a new car. Rudest employees I have ever seen, none of them knew anything about the cars and the info on them. All employees seemed to have their heads down and in no need to sell a car to me. Service department is even worse. Took my highlander for an oil change, took them almost 3 weeks to complete this task and had little to no communication from them at all. I honestly understand now when ppl say online this is the worst dealership in VA. There is much more to say about this place that is negative, but I am running out of space.

There is always an issue at the service department. First, it seems that sales and service do the same thing. They get you to spend the most money even if your vehicle doesn't need the service done or they charge you through the roof for service done to your car. Their service reps are not knowledgeable as their recommendations are deiven by how much they can get from you. In some cases they tag-team you so you get confused or overwhelmed. I thoght that buying a car from a nearby dealer was going to help me with service but I was wrong and now I am paying for doing business with this dealer. Ah and their "Priority for life" slogan is just that words, they fight you every step not to honor that slogan.
