            I had a screen porch built by Fletcher Construction in March of 2022. The build was riddled with problems which I thought were all resolved at which time I signed off on and paid for the project. After signing off, I was on a ladder cleaning and was able to see that they did not properly cover the gable support beam. They left uncovered non-pressure treated wood exposed to the rain and the elements. On 4/13/22 I confirmed with Gabe from the sales team that this was incorrect and his response was that the building team ran out of materials and forgot to let the Forman know which is why it was never completed. I was told the production team would be in contact with me to fix the problem immediately. On 4/25/22 I still did not have any additional information from Fletcher on when this would be fixed so I emailed them along with pictures of the issue. As of today, 4/28/22 I have yet to hear from Fletcher and the work is not complete.

            On behalf of Fletcher Construction, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication and issues that arose during this project.  The issue has been fully resolved as of Friday, April 29th, 2022.  We will continue to warranty the screened enclosure should anything else arise.
