Being transparent in my finances I knew I was facing a challenge when it came to being able to acquire financing and automobile. Through all my research I have to say I felt the most comfortable with CAW due to the long business history and fantastic BBB recommendations. Terin and Tyler were a pleasure to work with through the process. I communicated my concerns, my budget and the vehicles I was interested in. Both of these gentlemen kept me aware of new inventory as it arrived. The application for credit and approval process was quick and efficient. Tyler called me as soon as my car came out of detailing the day it arrived. After a quick test drive during my lunch break, the deal was done. CAW put me in a car of my choosing with affordable payments and great warranty coverage as well. Great experience working with Amber to get into a 2021 Toyota Corolla! Amber worked hard to make sure we were well taken care of during the entire purchasing process. She had a friendly, calm demeanor and explained everything to us in language we could understand. The dealership itself had many, many used cars that all appeared to be in excellent condition. It was clean and well lit and we felt right at home when we arrived. Overall it was a great experience and we are so glad we went thru Consumer Auto Warehouse and Amber for this car purchase. They were short staffed when I bought my vehicle but the salesperson was apologetic the whole time. The salesperson was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring of peoples time. I would recommend.Review from Sandy O

I have bought several cars from them they find you the lowest financial rate. They work with your budget if you go through in house forgiveness program you get free oil changes until your car is paid off not only that but you get free inspections as long as you own your car. They treat you like family they are really great people to work with I wouldn't go anywhere else.Review from James A

Amber from the sales team was incredibly helpful, accommodating my schedule even when I had to reschedule my first appointment. They went above and beyond, staying late on multiple days to ensure I got the car I wanted. The entire process was stress-free, with no pressure and a genuine respect for my budget. I highly recommend Consumers Auto Warehouse for anyone in the market for a vehicle. They’ve definitely earned my future business—don’t waste your time with other dealerships!
